Yesterday I had to get up at 4 a.m. I didn't have breakfast but I happened to find a kiosk called BREZELKÖNIG at Thun train station. It is a kiosk with many different foods especially suitable for travelers. I bought a hotdock and am very excited about it. BREZELKÖNIG is located in the basement of the train station and I can certainly recommend this kiosk for travelers.

Bought a hot dog and a pretzel the day before yesterday. Tip top! Friendly service. Everything was good.

Great, buy the cheddar pretzel!

After a year abroad we wanted to buy our beloved Prezel. Something has changed in the past few months. No matter what time it is, the pretzels are old, rubbery and definitely anything but good. What a shame ☹️ I tried Bretzel again today, November 11th, 2023. Unfortunately no, it doesn't work at all! At 7:45 in the morning, pretzels from the day before were for sale, bone dry. No, nothing has changed at all! ☹️

Good place to grab something quick if you don't have anything with you. Small pretzels are great.

Food only for travelers in a hurry. Also the clerk, a burly guy, most unpleasant. Not recommended place

Was always very tasty! The only criticism and question at the same time is: Why was the poppy seed and sesame pretzel removed from the range?

I've been going here to buy pretzels for a long time because they're simply delicious - but you'll never get a smile here, no matter how nice you are - faces made of stone. Zero enjoyment of work or serving customers. That always leaves a bad aftertaste - so unfortunately I can't recommend this shop. I hope they get a different vibe here - I'm sure sales would increase enormously...

Not sure why the sale man was a bit unfriendly with us. Bad service. pretzel was fresh baked, bit salty for us, but I think it is traditional swiss flavour.

It was always good for fresh, delicious pretzels or sandwiches. The service is always very quick and the ingredients always seem fresh. However, the prices are also quite high and the service wasn't particularly motivated. However, it's definitely fine for quick, tasty food on the go.

Products are fine - although extremely expensive… Service is really unfriendly every time. Maybe it's because Brezelkönig belongs to the Valora group. Probably the company in Switzerland with the lowest wages paid and what they do with the employees is unbelievable... not to mention the food waste. In any case, you should think carefully about whether you want to support this.

Unfortunately, an older woman who is very unfriendly always gets the one with the least amount of toppings from her every time! A pretzel “raclette” always has almost no toppings, so I can also buy a standard pretzel! A pity

We were there on October 30th, 2021 at 11:50 a.m. I ordered a “raclett pretzel” for 3.8 Chf. The saleswoman wanted 4.8 Chf and very dissatisfied replied that it was a "pretzel ceddar", as if I were an idiot. She says the offer is in the sign. I spoke back and said it wasn't true at all. In the end she understood herself, the sign for "Ceddar" was hidden and not visible at all. The only thing you could see was "raclett". But there was no excuse for that. Very bad and unfriendly saleswoman. Above all, I see that there were some complaints Unfriendly service, the manager promised to improve it but nothing happened!

If you have Bretzl Brand, go to Bretzl König... ok, it doesn't rhyme, but it's fine. Always a good alternative to falafel :)

Always super friendly and super tasty. The seller even knows his customers and their favorite pretzel :) always happy to come back!

I'm always disappointed because the pretzels don't seem as fresh to me as I was used to from the Zurich Pretzel King at Stadelhofen. It's a shame, I'll do without it in Thun.

I LOVE that they label their pretzels as vegan or vegetarian - it makes it so much easier to make a decision when you can see clearly what is offered. I ended up getting an original pretzel and it was so delicious and fresh. I always look forward to a pretzel here when I am in Thun.
