Unfortunately, some employees are incompetent in their work. Very impolite. Unfortunately, not just once but often. I also reported it to the head of Uster. Unfortunately without success. I will no longer buy anything from Uster.

If your app goes on strike while I'm shopping with you and I can't validate my purchase, it makes me really angry and when the app suddenly finally works again, the purchase I just made can no longer be credited to the card. THAT makes them lose an angry customer!

I travel by train very often and always get my coffee and something to eat from the Brezelkönig. The sandwiches are always fresh and look delicious. I always like to go there. The employees are very polite, nice and always friendly so you'll be happy to walk by :)

Today, August 27th, 2021, around 12:30 p.m. I was at Bretzelkoenig. A young man served me. Despite the many people, he was very polite and served everyone super quickly. Everything was warm and fresh. Unfortunately I forgot the young man's name.

I was at the train station in Uster this evening. I have to say that I found a very friendly boy named Dario who served me and explained the products with great politeness and warmth. Thank you.

The staff is so incredibly unfriendly and uninterested... When asked “do you have any tuna sandwiches left?” I was just looked at stupidly, along the lines of "look for yourself!" (I didn't see it right away because they used to be in sesame baguettes and the ones now are without sesame). Prices for a sandwich are quite high.

I find it shocking how people talk about the employees here...I've only had very positive experiences so far and the service has always been very friendly.

When it comes to hot dogs, there is usually only chicken sausage, which is really annoying. Just because the sellers don't eat pork, there are no regular sausages? A pity!
