Too expensive and the bread was old.

Very nice employees in Biel! A huge thank you to the Brezelkönig employee at the train station in Biel! This lunchtime I left my wallet with all my documents and a significant amount of money at his counter. After 20 minutes of worry, I went back and asked if he had seen anything - and sure enough! My wallet was handed over without him even accepting a finder's fee. This honesty and generosity are remarkable. Thank you thank you thank you!"

Bought 4 butter pretzels: hard, dry and virtually inedible. Back to the provider! Biel used to be great! Disastrous today (for some time now!)

I bought two ham pretzels for 7.50 each. The ham is hard and discolored, meaning it cannot be eaten without hesitation. The pretzel is also old and hard... At Brezelkönig Biel, old baked goods are regularly sold for full price. The customers are not informed about this and when they ask they always say "Yes, everything is fresh" because the customers are openly lied to... It's better to stay away from it here, it's not fresh and very expensive...

Avocado still frozen in fresh bread. Purchase at 1:15 p.m. With the suggestion, the product once purchased, to wait to consume. The defrosted avocado will be in what condition the bread will be in.

I've only had good experiences so far. The staff is quick and friendly. The products are good. I can't confirm any of the bad reviews.

I've never had such bad experiences as in Biel. Up until now I have always received stale bread at the Brezelkönig in Biel. If the goods from the previous day are sold, please at least declare them and sell them at half price. Sales staff are usually not very friendly.

Just ordered a hot dog. After he couldn't offer me the "smoked sausage" I wanted (that can happen), I just got a cold sausage. Unfortunately I only noticed this on the train and I couldn't bring it back. The staff also seemed unmotivated/unfriendly. I also had to specifically ask for a bag after he just wanted to hand the hot dog into my hand. I've otherwise had a good experience with the Brezelkönig, but this is the 3 times that I've received old/cold goods and unfriendly service here in Biel, which is why I'm writing a review about it now.

A smile and a little more enthusiasm would give a better rating.

The Mango pretzel was fantastic! The laugen gipfeli was good but the one from Aldi is the best. Unfortunately they stop making it.

I just bought a sandwich, it's 11:40 normally you expect soft, fresh bread for lunch but no, a sandwich from the day before with hard bread as not possible.... very disappointed at the start of day we don't expect anything like that....

The pretzel that was served to me at 1:20 p.m. was clearly from the day before! Never had any problems in the other Brezelkönig

The staff is aggressive like a group of hyenas who attack their prey when a situation arises that is not without their knowledge. I find you guys very, very rude.

Very chill and friendly staff! Always the right word to make you laugh no matter what time you go. First to call for a boycott of the big chains but when we look a little closer at the personality of the famous Lebanese, we know why we happily leave a tip.

Give the coins exactly counted otherwise you will be ripped off when you return the money.

3.50 Fr. for a poorly chilled Red Bull. Tuna sandwich quality is only mediocre and tastes more like butter than tuna. There is Brezelkönig with better quality. The sellers are friendly. Edit 9/26/19 Unfortunately they still can't manage to properly cool the Red Bull for 3.50 Fr.

Five stars for the two gentlemen who provide the desired coffee subito every morning. Disappointment in the price-performance ratio. This year and last year there were price increases (don't bother me with all the extra cost talk, inflation is at its lowest ever). The quality also suffers (powerless, no body). Sorry, but I'll hold off until the quality is in line with the asking price.

Super friendly staff who know every commuter's favorite coffee (with/without sugar) by heart. And extremely quick. The food is always good and sometimes there are things that are not available at Bretzelkönig in Solothurn (avocado sandwich, for example).

Vegan! options. Take a warm small pretzel, delicious snack for a train ride!
