The issue here is not the pretzels. They are pretty good. The issue is the staff. If you want to see someone scowl at you, this is the place. EDIT: Thank you to the customer service representative who replied to me. I appreciate it. Yes, I plan to keep on being a customer, of course. Happy New Year.

There is no butter pretzel and only the answer yes doesn't have it, it's not really customer oriented. When I asked if it was possible to get a butter pretzel, the seller just sighed. Well 🫤 Tastes great 🙌 but definitely not today 👎🏼

As always a pleasure, fast and friendly as it should be at a train station. Great location, right at the underpass to the train tracks. And if you have a little more time, you can also have a chat. Always very busy at peak times.

And for a while now we have been struggling to find sandwiches or pretzels ready both in the morning to buy a quick lunch and in the afternoon at the end of work. I'm a commuter and I pass by every day, maybe they're about to close it and that's why the assortment is less and less. The boy is also a little unpleasant and never gives you a smile.

I was put off twice today because there were no hotdogs available again at lunchtime. In my opinion, something like this shouldn't happen. Friendliness has also decreased dramatically in the last few months. I was a weekly customer, unfortunately that's over. .

Always happy for my lunch shopping - the 2 ladies are super nice - unfortunately the gentleman who works there is very unfriendly, phew, so I'll definitely not come shopping with you again, sorry!

A joke compared to other pretzel kings. When I had dry pretzels at 5, I thought I should come by in the morning. Sike... Even in the morning they were dry and inedible.

The coffee and the small pretzels are unbeatable, and so are the employees! In the morning you get the best coffee far and wide in record time

Hygiene is catastrophic, you can't eat your own food at all, especially for these prices!!!

Otherwise I'm always at peace but in Lenzburg the food doesn't look appetizing, it doesn't matter what time it is, the product should still look somewhat edible. Unfortunately, this is never the case in Lenzburg. What a shame!!!!

I actually went to the Brezelkönig and got a very fine tomato mozzarella sandwich there and that is my favorite sandwich at.euch and the saleswoman there was also very friendly with me.
