In principle the Brezels are good but the last two times I went there they were totally burned on the bottom and I had to throw them away :-(

This is usually my go-to Brezelkönig. It's alright most of the time Had a free pretzel with toppings, they took the coupon and I also paid for it Edit: they gave me the coupon back for free product of choice.

The localisation is great but one of the employee is so rude!!! Unbelievable to witness his attitude toward the other clients, and me included. No hello or thank you. On top of that: he throw the bretzel at me like an animal. I am old and a little kindness would be nice. It was different in my time.. Anyways, from what I remember he was a middle age bearded man. Please teach him to be polite.

Really good salami pretzel sandwich

Well.. by where to start. I used to like to come from time to time but I have stopped a while ago because of one of your employee. The man with the beard is terribly disrespectful and arrogant. I just can't believe on which tone he talks to your clients. People come to have a nice bretzel and end up being pushed, stressed out and disrespected. One of my friend had the exact same experience with the exact same man. I read the comment and this man seem to be very problematic. There is plenty of kinder and nicer people to hire in Geneva.

This time a perfect hot dog with cocktail sauce. Praise to the friendly lady who served on Easter Monday.

Food poisoning after eating the vegan sandwich… so I don’t recommend this place!!

I just went to the Gare des Eaux Vives in Geneva The staff, a gentleman with a long beard, very very unpleasant, limited respect who “served” me. I usually look for your pretzels I ask for extra cheese he refuses to do I say that usually I pay extra and his colleagues do. He tells me “that’s not my problem.” I ask him why? He says “that’s how he doesn’t have to.” Very very arrogant. When I read your customer reviews this problem always comes about your employees being rude and rude. It’s really a shame because you have a good product but very poorly presented by your certain employees. Just a simple and easy suggestion Instead of being sorry for my experience you might need to take action once and for all. Unfortunately, I am in no way obliged to put up with the rudeness of your employees. Too bad you lost more than 23 customers because from now on none of my colleagues will come and buy from you Sincerely

The pretzels are very good, but the staff is extremely rude. Line service when there are only two customers, visible exasperation and no “Thank you bye”. It's a shame.

Teach your employee who was working this evening to give the price in CHF rather than in € Poor Geneva abandoned to cross-border workers who do not hesitate to show that they COMPLETELY don't care about their work as long as the salary (Switzerland) falls!

I had already bought pretzels from pretzel konig in several places and always really liked the pretzels but now I am angry because this is the second time that I have bought a pretzel with sunflower seeds at Cornavin station which are moldy!! ! The first time I ate it and realized at the end that there was green and mold on it. I told myself that I let it go once, and that it could happen, but this is the second time!! Hygiene please be careful!!!! THANK YOU

Service is very unkind. Pressure to make you choose( 3 second is a luxury). Oh yes they can’t even put the bretzel in the plastic bag, they prefer to throw it at you.

I just bought a pumpkin seed pretzel. Much too salty and hard. Was it from the day before? I now understand why the seller asked me if I wanted him to heat the pretzel... Disappointed

This morning before taking the train to go to work I stopped at Brezelkong to have a coffee and the clerk was incredibly kind and friendly. Since he was so nice, I also bought some mini sandwiches to take to work. Thanks to this guy called Hassan because I asked for his name, now I know where to have coffee in the morning before going to work which is served with a big smile. I recommend all travelers to stop in the morning before starting the day with coffee and a smile Brezelkönig at Geneva station

My opinion is mixed... because I discovered Brezelkönig at Zermatt station: the service and products there are EXCELLENT!!! No complaints !! I was impressed by the quality of the pretzels. However, this Sunday I was very happy to discover the arcade at Cornavin station, in Geneva. A certain disappointment... There was very little choice of pretzel, I was not offered anything in exchange for those I wanted and which were no longer available, and above all a rather unique antipathy... The service is very very bad, slow unsuitable for the place, if you are in a hurry. I don't know if the seller didn't speak French because his colleague repeated my requests to him, but the feedback was very disappointing. What a shame !! I hope that the one at Eaux-Vives station will reopen soon and will be more stocked and pleasant!

The dough is often raw inside. Repeated experience at Cornavin station. Too bad because the pretzels from this chain are usually very good. Progress to be made on bag waste, the staff always gives one bag per item...

I leave this point of sale and I am very disappointed!! As much in the window in the welcoming area but the salesman at the counter is unfriendly and unpleasant!!! I do not recommend this place!

This morning I order a ham pretzel, the employee gives me another one and when I kindly point it out to him and ask him for the receipt, he tries to cheat me out of the change by pretending to show me another receipt and without giving it to me! When I insist and ask him again to show it to me he stops and ends up giving me my change but never the ticket! Luckily I know how to count! This couldn't have been the first time he's done this kind of thing given his attitude... I'm very angry and I hope other customers haven't been systematically defrauded by this employee.

I had a Tomato-Mozzarella sandwich, and it was heavily oversalted. I couldn't finish it in the end. Of course no possibility to give it back as I was already in the train.
