Desserts are a matter of luck, sometimes quite soggy and mushy - this could also be because the café is heated like a sauna and the target group no longer has the best teeth. Service has always been friendly, the coffee is decent (it should be given the price).

Sweet and cozy coffee. The young, dark-haired waitress is very accommodating, friendly and well-positioned. The coffee was served very nicely and was extremely tasty. Rarely have we experienced such good service in a coffee shop. The dessert and the rolls were also extremely tasty.

Cute little cafe, was very lifeless before Seline started. She brought the magic of St.Gallen with her to Trimbach. Very committed and organized as well as accommodating, well-positioned and friendly. It's worth visiting her - she makes the BEST coffee with ❤️ and a variety of coffee art! The desserts are ok, I believe they are fresh. The cooffee is pretty decent. Just need to be aware of cleaning the tables because as someone said, the tables are sticky 😬

Cozy bakery cafe but the drinks are very expensive. 5.15Fr for two dl Ovo and 6.20Fr for a latte macchiato is a bit much.

Been there 2 or 3 times, including yesterday. The service was always - well - older women, not particularly nice, not salespeople, and just yesterday: a piece of dessert was simply touched with all fingers, then she almost dropped it and she touched it again, so fully covered all around. Beforehand she served outside, then touched money, no plastic gloves like the competition, no dessert bowl, no tongs, nothing; and Corona still exists. No, I won't go there anymore. Also: Selection moderate; It didn't have any cream slices either. Quality/taste: also rather average, sometimes even well below.

nice coffee with fantastic bread. I like the Basler, Holzofen Speuzer and Maggia the most. The ham croissants are also very good. At the weekend they have fantastic Russian braids on the meter - highly recommended!

The small, likeable and classy Italian is simply top class. She gives the beautiful café with the finest products the highest marks. We look forward to the next time, see you soon.
