Polestar is the electric brand of the Volvo group and is only sold online. After buying a Polestar 2 2 years ago, I went to this garage to introduce myself. There was Polestar advertising displayed. I went back there for regular maintenance. The reception was extremely frosty: “enough with cars bought on the internet”. How does Volvo accept such inconsistent behavior? Very unpleasant distributor, to be avoided.

I bought a used vehicle there a few months ago. Everything went very well and I am satisfied with the vehicle.

Before the reception/customer advice and information by telephone was top notch, impeccable and cordial. Now it's the complete opposite, as if we were disturbing with our questions (Volvo workshop). Obviously I changed mechanics, more cordial, less expensive and closer to home.

I was delighted with the service, the contact and my purchase. Everything was made simple and easy (they even looked for me at the station when purchasing because I live 150km away). And I felt confident and supported in my choices. My dream of a Vespa came true. I highly recommend this garage.

Went into the men's team today with a breakdown. 0 Helpfulness 0 Empathy When I asked where in Sierre I could get help, I received a casual shrug of the shoulders. Conclusion! Absolutely not recommended.

First visit, AC compressor on V70 had to be replaced unscheduled. The quality of the work cannot yet be assessed, only time will tell. Friendliness and administration are fine, the invoice corresponded to the offer made.
