The first impression is certainly not of a super fashionable place but the quality of the pizzas, crunchy dough and quality ingredients repaid us amply. Friendly and very friendly staff, you immediately felt at home we were with a person in a wheelchair and they promptly helped us access the tables. The place "as in the photo" has a road in front but, fortunately It has limited traffic so you can enjoy the lake view and have lunch in peace. Last note, yes for us Italians it is perhaps a little expensive but personally for the quality of the lunch and the service it didn't bother me at all.

Yesterday we had a great evening on the lakeside terrace of Burbai Sagl. The service specialist greeted us in a friendly manner and we were allowed to choose a spot on the terrace. The menu is extensive and everyone will find something. Clearly influenced by Italian cuisine. Various salads, pasta and pizza but also a homemade cordonbleu. We had a "small salad", which was larger than what is considered standard in some other restaurants. As a second course, we asked whether it was possible to serve the spaghetti carbonara on two plates as a starter. Wasn't a problem. Here too, the portions are very large and the spaghetti is excellent. Then came the main course. The pizzas from the stone oven were perfect and there was definitely enough here too! Two espressos and lemonade rounded off our evening. One more round was on the house. Many thanks! When we asked for a bottle of Coke to take away, a 2 liter bottle was brought to us for an absolutely fair 5.00. Food top, service top, speed top, location top... well... top notch! Team Burbai, thank you very much for this great evening! If we are in Locarno again, we will definitely come back!

It was perfect! we have been several times to visit here. We were on the terrace, next to the playground. The service was top, the food was super tasty. Everyone was thrilled and the price/performance was also great. just like every visit. we will be back.

We were warmly welcomed into the interior of the restaurant with our dog, and a bowl of water was even brought straight away. Plus, the pizza was one of the best we've ever eaten. Very friendly service that loves animals and children. Only recommended.

On the street menu the pizza al proscitto (ham) was advertised at 13.-. I paid 18.-. When I asked, they told me (with reluctance) that it was the price from last Saturday, when there was a party, and turned away. It's a shame, I live here, but it was the first and last time I was here. Service is great...it reminds me of when you don't like it... Good service and true interest in the customer looks different. I know this mentality all too well...

I don't know who is overwhelmed, the service staff or the kitchen. Received the card after 15 minutes of waiting. After about 1 1/2 hours the starter came. Meanwhile, other people were being served who came after us and left before we had eaten. In short, disappointing. 😔

The menu is simple but of excellent quality, and the prices are really affordable for everyone, even families. So, BOMBA's pizza is the best of the best. We had a very good dinner here. Perfect for families as the playground is on the side of the external bar terrace. This means that the children can be easily observed on the playground. The children can also go to drink or visit their parents again and again without having to cross the street. The conditions were very friendly. We had a great evening.

Bezeichnung ist eine Bar, aber die Pizzas hier sind hammer und im Vergleich zum Rest von Locarno auch preisgünstiger. Man geht nicht hier hin wegen Fanzy-Food, das ist klar. Das Personal ist immer superfreundlich. Auch als Familie sehr geeignet, da es gleich nebenan einen schönen Spielplatz hat.

Für den Tag an den wir waren gibt es nur 1 Stern. Servic wirkt übervordert. Bediente uns erst nach 20min. Druften auch die Karte selber holle. Bis wir bestellen konnte ging es wider eine Zeit, geschweige den bis es kamm. Eventuel ein mieser Tag erwischt. Nun den ei. 2teis mal gib es nicht.

Este pequeño lugar no es el más glamoroso, pero como estaba comiendo sola esa noche en Locarno, no quería ir a ninguno de los lugares más concurridos.El personal es realmente super amable y allí se obtiene un muy buen nivel de servicio.Y las pizzas son excelentes, como han señalado muchos otros críticos aquí. Realmente excelente. No dudaría en volver a comer allí, mucho más barato que muchos otros restaurantes en Locarno, pero igual de bueno, ¡si no mejor!

La localisation est plutôt bien situé, il y a une aire de jeu à côté, peut être bien pour les familles. Le service est bien et rapide, le personnel parle même un peu français. Les pizzas ne sont pas exceptionnelles je m'attendais à mieux, en revanche le choix et plutôt variés.

Ho letto le recensioni su questo luogo, non posso dire nulla sul cibo, ma visto che fa' anche bar, abbiamo preso un caffè ed un orzo, uno peggio dell'altro, in piedi al banco. Capisco che siamo in Svizzera, ma oltre alla maleducazione di chi ci ha servito, non si può far pagare delle cose imbevibili, certe cifre.....euro 5,90, forse se ci si sedeva e si mangiava ci avrebbero trattato meglio........ A mai più.........

Ristorante adatto per ogni occasione. Personale orientato alla clientela e molto cordiale. Zona perfetta per una passeggiata romantica dopocena.

Wir wählten dieses Lokal weil wir eher spät noch eine Pizza essen wollten, empfanden diese aber als eher fade. Das Lokal selbst braucht dringend eine Auffrischung und wirkt eher ungepflegt. Die Lage am Ende der Seepromenade wäre eigentlich ideal, m.E. wird aber zu wenig daraus gemacht. Der Service war freundlich und gut.
