Burger King in Herisau

Fast food restaurant - quick food preparation and mostly motivated staff. It's a shame that the vouchers are no longer accepted in the app - without notice. I don't find it customer friendly at all.

Long wait time unfriendly staff

Unfortunately, apart from the Whopper, Burger King no longer had a big hit. Some products are massive calorie bombs that make you feel uncomfortable after consuming them.

Ordered in drive, waited a long time, then we didn't get half what we paid for and ordered. That wasn't the first time. I tried calling via cellphone, no one picked it up

Completely overwhelmed staff. The Asian lady at the checkout didn't want to give my 11 year old son a children's menu because SHE claimed that he was already over 12 😡. Food cold, fries lumpy AND BIGGEST MESS, food is prepared by hand, without gloves - by the same people who take money 🤮

The burgers were cold, one burger didn't even have any sauce. Not recommendable.

Impatient drive in staff, very expensive

The staff is very rude and throws the goods at the customers. We ordered twice, both times everything was cold, we reported it, the reaction was terrible, hands down. After 2 complaints they replaced the food.

Typical BK. You don't need it but you want to have it again and again.

Every time at this Burger King, something about my order is mixed up or not done correctly, and it's starting to really annoy me.

The king fries I ordered were very greasy. The bag was well greased at the end.

You can't redeem any coupons, one of the longest BK in Eastern Switzerland and something like that...

The food was excellent... but my complaint is about the paper that holds the sandwich, where the name of the product was written on the paper and a "smiley face" was drawn on it, which made my husband feel a bit uncomfortable, and he questioned why the note was there.

Meki fries are tastier for that 😃

Food as expected. The shift manager still yelled at me out of nowhere and attacked me personally because I had the wrong order on my tray and I pointed it out to the cashier in a calm tone. Very bad experience. The cashier was still friendly to me.

I am a regular guest and have been with Seif for some time, there is the King Deal which I buy every day. I have now noticed that this company uses bk's advertising to attract more guests, but then the promotion where you get the King Deal is easy tacitly changes here you pay more than at other Burger Kings when asked why you have to pay more it is said that's the way it is (in my opinion the last thing a paying customer wants to hear is why is this restaurant even listed as a participating restaurant via the app displayed if they do not meet the prices of the promotions, sad! What I definitely have to say is the staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is okay too

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience... First I waited 20 minutes to get my turn and then 10 minutes to get my food... Service focuses on drive in... I wait and see my burger lying there... After 10 minutes I have it I said something... Then it happened quickly and I got my cold burger WITHOUT APOLOGY... Unfortunately, my health also took a toll in the evening and I lay flat for 2 days. Thank you very much!

There's always something forgotten burger/sauce/extra fries. The staff very unfriendly.

Given that the place is not equipped with do-it-yourself stations for orders, we arrived around 2.00 pm and with amazement we noticed that there was only one employee who carried out the duties of cashier, preparing fried foods and sandwiches and cleaning the tables. Obviously this method lowered the level of hygiene since he did not have time to sanitize his hands from one role to another.

So the employees can be more likeable, really unsympathetic, it's terrible

King fusion dessert... Paid large and got half. Very little topping and had to wait 15 minutes to order.

Lettuce in the burger tasted like a chemical substance, they don't wash the lettuce, my wife and I sat on the toilet non-stop the next day.

We used to enjoy eating there but will never go there again, the worst Burger King in Switzerland. A shame for Burgerking. We ordered normally but got a double because that apparently wasn't possible, even though we specifically emphasized that we didn't want two burger patties in the burger. We returned the food and were told that they now have to keep this waste even though we didn't even take the food out of the bag. Staff very unfriendly and rude. Like the food, so is the staff, namely WASTE!

I would like to give 0 stars everywhere, but unfortunately that's not possible. We were talked to as if we were the last thing. The German language is also out of place. By far the worst Burger King in Switzerland. People think twice about throwing your money out the window. The food is even described as WASTE by the employees and the boss herself. Truly frightening words like that. I have no words.

The range is ridiculous compared to other Burger King branches in Switzerland.

The food is always good. The only thing I don't understand is why every time I come there are new people behind the bar who have no idea about taking orders

One star because zero is not possible! The incompetence of the staff is extraterrestrial. When the waitress couldn't remember Cola and Longchicken, it was clear that the employees weren't the brightest stars in the galaxy.

I don't have an automatic machine to order from, so I didn't order anything so I can't rate the food because of that

I ordered the double beef menu for around 20 francs. Worth every franc because the fries were too much for me. The service was super friendly. And the boss is also very nice.

This Burger King is an absolute joke. Something is ALWAYS forgotten. Burger/Sauce/Extra Fries. You also have to mention if you want the normal menu size. They always order you the menu that costs 1.00 more without asking. Ridiculous.

I was missing 2 chicken nuggets, I was missing 3 portions of fries, I ordered big king xl but then got big king xxl and also got a bacon burger even though I'm Muslim

It clearly saves electricity. I had to put my jacket back on to eat. otherwise as always... a bit overpriced and the children's nuggets dry. But the little one just likes the children's menu box. If it was me I wouldn't eat there😊 The staff was friendly and it was clean👍

We have always eaten well here and mostly fresh. There are a few crew members who have been there forever and they are super friendly!! It's always clean and you can usually find a place.

Long waiting time, which actually wouldn't be so bad. But unfortunately you get wrong orders or orders are even forgotten. When my husband complained, the woman who spoke to him on the phone was also quite unfriendly. We're not coming anymore.

Easily accessible by car. Next door shopping at Lidl or Aldi with large parking spaces. Children's play area and outdoor spaces available with a view of the Säntis.

We had to wait a long time before we could order and there weren't that many people there. Today it is difficult to communicate anywhere, simply because of the mask. When ordering, I repeated myself three times so I knew the cashier had understood everything. Nevertheless, we were one portion short of fries. I looked at the receipt again very carefully. 2 Two menus with fries and an extra single fries. I went to the cashier, showed her the receipt and she couldn't read the receipt. So she called a colleague who told me that I had only ordered two fries and another said I had ordered 3 fries but her colleague had not collected the money for the fries even though I paid with the card. I didn't even want it to be such a drama. All I know is that the fries got cold. In my opinion, everything used to be much better. Personally, I won't visit this Burger King again. Tip: No matter what you order, always check everything.
