Very nice fresh hot fries. Chili sauce was sour, I don't know if it tasted that way or if it wasn't good anymore. The coffee is exceptionally good. Strong but not bitter and little acid. Thank you for trying to offer good quality.

I've noticed more recently that the lettuce in the burgers was often dark green, mushy and/or bulbous. I've already pointed this out to the staff twice, today it happened again and I had to laboriously pick out the salad. Unfortunately, the staff does not respond to the previous information. If all food is handled negligently, which must be assumed, you should inform the food inspection office. Strict control can work wonders. That was the last time.

Extremely unfriendly to customers, they laugh at you when you're still a child and they tell you to do things yourself if you can get something done

It is 11:45 p.m., opening times are stated until midnight. We want to get something to eat. The lights are on, there are three employees inside. All doors, front and back, are locked. You can't even get into the restaurant. The employees do not react even when the door is actively opened. Mess. Thank God the McDonalds is reliable and sticks to its opening hours.

I ordered 'Ice latte' clearly in german at drive thru... First he gave me 'Ice cream' and then I corrected him again 'I ordered ice latte' Finally he gave me 'Hot coffee' Wow! what a perfect combination!? Finally I got ' Ice (cream) (Hot) Latte'

I went on Sunday at noon. Quiet atmosphere, few people. We were free to choose where we sat. The lady at the front desk was very cold, she couldn't advise us on the best sauce for the children to take. Even a little unhappy that I asked. Drinks were left in halves with ice. Parking is free and I found enough parking spaces.

For me the standard menu is medium, but here the large menu is imposed on you. This is good for the cash register, but not for customer satisfaction. For me it's a shame to have to throw something away because it's too much. If I return it, it will also be thrown away. Both options are not in my interest. You should ask what the customer wants!

I've always been lucky, my food has always been fresh. The employees were always super nice, a brother there is always on site and works very quickly. The store was never overcrowded, so it was quite pleasant. Sometimes something has to wait, but that's normal.

The first and last time in a place like this... the burger was cold, the meat was fried to death and dry. Since it was my first time in something like this, I also ordered the chili cheeses, which looked good in the picture. But what I got were balls where it was impossible to define what they should taste like. About 40 minutes later I had massive digestive problems and cramps. For the price of 23.-- CHF Never again!

With every job something goes wrong. We feel the same way in our work. That's why I didn't write anything here when the problem first occurred. Products were now missing from delivery in 3 pickup orders. 1st order was missing Chilli Chees smallest unit! 2nd order 1. Chicken strips 3. This time 1 Big King XXL and Chilli Chees 9 were missing. It depends on who you order the food from, some have it quite quickly, others prefer to be with the other employees.

I ordered a menu with a burger, fries and a drink + a few other things. Everything to take with you. I didn't get fries in the pack, child crying because she's waiting for fries. This is the last time I didn't control what I was getting. It's the second time I haven't gotten everything. And there was no stress in the restaurant, only 3 people to serve. It happened on July 3rd, 2022 at around 1 p.m.

Opening hours until midnight... but there is no more coffee at 11.45 p.m.! Machine has already been cleaned! Too bad I had to go to McDonalds to get a coffee!

Easy going, quite outside the center of frauenfeld. But good to get there by car or by bus. Walking from the train stations is possible too Frienly staff that brings you order personally to the waiting area. Alway smiling.
