Burger King in Hunzenschwil

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even wanted to bring extra water for the dog. The toilets were also clean and there were no bad smells.

Too expensive for food that is lukewarm/cold and has no or bad taste. We are 3 people and spent 50fr

I've never seen such a bad Burger King! Service absolutely unfriendly. The burger and fries almost cold! The staff didn't have much to do, there were six of them standing around. When I politely asked if someone could clean the table, I was given a snippy answer: yes, if someone has time...! Then another came with a room scent and sprayed the whole place with it. We all felt like we were eating the burger in the toilet! Really disgusting! Hello, what's that supposed to mean?! This staff is definitely not recommended!

Too expensive for chili cheese nuggets 👹

Fries were cold and by the time I got new ones the lukewarm burgers were of course cold too. Conclusion: don't complain about the fries then at least you'll have a lukewarm burger. It's a shame, of course I've had better experiences in other branches. The complaint was dealt with without any problems, that was ok. You can do it better!

Very friendly staff and the goods are always top fresh. Top cleanliness everywhere. We always enjoy coming back.

Send wings? Why is it always so black and burning? The meat is so hard & like it hasn't been freshly cooked. Every time I buy it's always like this. It's unhealthy after all. Hope better in the future. Other Burgerking are not like that. Only with you in Hunzenschwil 🙂

So we were in Zurich on February 29, 2024 for a concert at the Theater am Hechtplatz. We thought that we could either get a sandwich in one of the restaurants around Hechtplatz or at least in the theater itself. But none. That's what we thought after the visit: Würenlos motorway service station, surely there was no place. They closed. So we drove to Burger King in Hunzenschwil. The food was great! And super friendly staff. Attentive and very friendly. Great praise!!!! And deserves 5 stars!!!! We recommend!!!!

Quickly fine and warm, can't complain

Burger King, of course, but sensational opening hours and one of the few options in the region for after the cinema, concert or theater.

Actually very delicious. I had not had Burger King for a long time. It was however quite expensive… which shocked me… 35 Swiss francs for two burgers, two fries and two drinks!

Location is central, service is nice. Eating like BK is.

Basically we are satisfied with Burger Kind. Compared to McDonald's Schafisheim, I find the staff to be friendlier and we never had a problem with the orders.

Big compliments to Anna, operations manager! We forgot something when ordering drive-thru, which we unfortunately only noticed at home and then reported by phone. Anna offered us something on the next visit and responded very professionally and friendly, compliments! We also discovered new vegan products, which made us very happy! Well done…

Well...the worst wrap I've ever eaten...served cold, a slice of tomato, hardly any sauce and hardly any lettuce. The wrap was just flat...disappointed, never again. Definitely do not recommend…

We went to the drive-thru last night. We definitely go to the Burger King in Hunzenschwil once a week or every two weeks. So far nothing major has ever happened, maybe a chili cheese nugget too few or a sauce is missing. However, yesterday I was angry and very disappointed. First of all, they forgot my chicken wrap, which wasn't too bad as we noticed it quickly and went straight back through the drive-thru. We were kindly given a medium fries for free. My partner follows a vegan/vegetarian diet. When we got home we ate. The last thing my partner wanted to eat was her veggie nuggets. She took a bite and at the same time a friend, the friend who eats meat, said how 'real' it tasted. I then quickly noticed that these 'veggie' nuggets looked a lot like chicken nuggets, this was true and she received chicken nuggets instead of the veggie nuggets she had ordered and paid for. I find it a disgrace that people who follow a vegetarian diet, for whatever reason, are provided with real meat. She hasn't eaten meat in over 6 years, and now she has because of a night out at Burger King. You always have to check at least twice here...it's a shame because the employees are always very friendly.

Here the Swiss economy is once again showing what it can do. The costs are being driven up for “food” that is actually produced very cheaply. If you knew how much food costs to produce. Of course, Swiss wages come into play, but they have still become far too expensive. The quality is also decreasing, but the price is increasing. A pity.

Kindness is not their philosophy. The heating was reduced to a minimum - I wasn't sure if it was warmer outside. But the location is ideal; Not far from the A1 motorway and if you eat outside of rush hour, you will be served quickly. I only go there when I'm in a hurry.

The food is not particularly healthy. Lots of unhealthy trans fats that make your stomach fat. Lots of E additives and too much salt in the food that you shouldn't eat. In terms of taste, a homemade burger tastes much better to me. There was a lot of children's noise, which was amplified by Burger King's open play area.

Tables are clean, food is quite good. However, I wish that the call would be better when the order is ready and that napkins would be better positioned, not in a large dispenser

Honestly, this Burger King is not a place I will order from anymore. I ordered from the Drive Inn. First you stand in front of the ordering terminal for almost ten minutes. After ordering, you stand in front of the serving window for another five minutes and can listen to the employees bitching among themselves. The icing on the cake is that you get the wrong one. That is not how it works!!! I'll contact the managing director directly. Fix this mess! And something else to the product developers of the Burger King chain. There are vegetarians who don't care that their patty looks like meat. But there are many vegetarians who cannot eat it that way. At least bring out a burger with a cheese or vegetable patty so you have something for everyone.

If we visit a Burger King, we prefer this one in Hunzenschwil. So far we have always had very tasty burgers and fries. Unfortunately, this varies from branch to branch. The employees are always very nice and helpful. We would be happy to come back. We only find the new ordering system with the terminals where we can put together our own menu tedious, but it has nothing to do with this branch, but basically with Burger King

It's just bad, you have to wait up to 30 minutes for your food. The store is full but now there are two people at the service, one does three, one inside when the store is full, so the same thing doesn't always work in Hunzenschwil, there are few staff. 0 stars one star is too much.

A complete disappointment! We visited the family restaurant during rush hour on Saturday. The employees had completely lost track of things at times because so many orders were arriving at once. Every second time something was picked up, something was forgotten - unfortunately for us too. I had an Appenzeller Double Burger with extra cheese for just under 19.00Fr. ordered. The burger was half-cold, the extra slice of cheese was half-melted, and the meat tasted borderline bad (burnt). Price-performance is absolutely not right!!!😫 In addition, this restaurant most likely decided to lower the room temperature due to the energy shortage. On Saturday it was definitely below 20°C, and there were dozens of people who had kept their jackets on during the meal. Not like that. I will no longer visit this restaurant and will go to the nearby McDonald's. It's a shame, unfortunately we can't recommend this Burger King.

The food was cold. The cheese in the cheeseburger wasn't even melted yet. After a complaint, we received new burgers that were just as poorly prepared. The rooms are so cold that we had to keep our jackets on. You could turn off the music and TV to save energy. Complete disappointment and guaranteed never again!!!

Good for a quick bite to eat on the way. Tables should be cleaned more regularly and staff should be a little more motivated. Otherwise everything is as you would expect from a BK.

Wurger King is a better word for this mess. It takes forever for the food to be ready and it's still cold. Since switching over I order and it gets freshly made, a disaster. It was much better before. Never again Burger King Hunzenschwil.

Every time, every time we go to the drive-thru and order, something is missing at the end. This is the 5th time!!! Unfortunately we don't see this until we get home when we unpack. When we call, no one ever picks up. Incompetent, unprofessional, poor cooperation, simply unusable staff!!!!

Staff can hardly keep up during peak times and mix up orders. Quality also lags behind expectations. The vegetarian nuggets were also removed from the menu, which is incomprehensible.

Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes for an order to be able to eat on site for 2 adults and 1 child. The notice at the entrance with information about the staff shortage is visible, but unfortunately it doesn't change the rating. The rating will be adjusted as soon as warm food is available again with normal waiting times. I'll be back anyway :)

Yesterday we wanted to get 2 long chickens for the kids and went to the drive-in. There were 2 cars in front of us and we had to wait, which would have been ok, but we were there for 15 minutes and it didn't work. No orders were taken, no one was there. After about 20 minutes I honked once and suddenly someone came and took the order from the first car and again nothing worked for a while until it was our turn. This is what a fast food restaurant should be like? In addition, you had to close all the windows while waiting because employees and customers had to smoke where you were for the drive-in. Sorry, but that's not possible! That was the last time! We will never go to this Burger King again!
