Very cool super good very welcoming

So, dry sandwich fries not even salty sauces we don't even talk about it. Service leaves something to be desired as does the food. Too expensive for what it is and the wait to arrive and order at 2:30 p.m.! Served at 3:50 p.m. when there was no one there, I don't recommend anything, McDonald's far exceeds them.

The food is good and hot but unfortunately the waiting time is ALWAYS more than 40 minutes. Even when the restaurant is empty, the waiting time is hellish. We can also notice that this restaurant needs quality management, because tensions between teammates are visible...

Waited over 20 minutes. Had to ask for my money back. No veggie options and no ice cream.

haughty and unpleasant staff throws us the trays on the table the lady made a mistake in my order I'm going to tell her kindly she gives me a black look as if I were her worst enemy.. in short I don't care but I think of future customers I am disappointed I will never come back again😐

Good evening, Please explain to your customers the reason for waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes in any case, at a drive-thru for the order attached in the photo?!?!!? Furthermore, I want to be understanding but there is a minimum, we receive small fries while we pay for medium fries (unless it's because of inflation, let's pay more to receive less) Moreover we see that when we finally leave the drive-thru line that the entrance to the drive-thru has been closed, does this not sufficiently reflect that you are short of staff? I imagine the poor staff who have to bend over backwards, because the organization is not there at all!! I guess at this point it's better to go to a restaurant on a Friday evening. Also, don't worry, this message was sent to the communication email like all previous complaints.

I chose not to return to this Burger King because of too much waiting, often errors and no commercial sense. My husband chose to return and they managed to disappoint us again. My 4 and a half year old daughter loves the toys you can find at Burger King. So it's normal for my husband to ask if we can see them all in order to buy them. What a surprise when the Manager said that it was not possible even though we had been to countless BKs and we were offered to see them all so that she could choose almost every time. We really need to review the management at this burger king. I will choose to go back there only then myself.

Order by delivery never disappointed and in the evening some little sweets as a bonus thank you very much...the food is always excellent well done

Burgers always well presented, hot and well garnished.

When the house is full, it sometimes takes a while, but I want to mention that with the employee Jerome serving you will always be well attended to, I speak from experience.

Very slow service, few people, however, we had to go to the counter to claim our orders which were waiting ready on the displays behind. Cold meals the hamburger which was simple sauce to look closely dry meat, no garnish. We received an apology and a dessert as compensation which took so long to arrive that we left the establishment without it. It's true that brownies as a gift take a long time to prepare.... very very disappointed

This restaurant is poorly organized, with unreasonable waiting times easily reaching an hour, which is unacceptable for a "fast food" or rather "slow food" restaurant. Additionally, the tables were dirty. I don't recommend going there! Go to competitors or real restaurants, the service will surely be faster. Never seen something as poorly organized as this restaurant!! Never enough staff, never helpful, frankly for fast food the concept needs to be completely reviewed!! Island does not help in case of problems with the order terminals, they are forced to bring food to the tables or to serve. Always a lot of waiting and the orders are systematically wrong!! Frankly, I would have even given no stars to the rating if it were possible to put nothing!

With a young child, 1 hour wait for a normal order, tables arrive after us same order served before we order taken 3x to arrive correctly, my son's cold tea looked like water without gas.. my rosti burger the cheese not yet melted made in short stress.. The staff did their best to catch up but we left really disappointed.

Visit the drive Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. So how can I say...no one, no car we were the only ones, placed an order for 2 burgers and for such a simple order didn't bother to check in the car, when arriving home, surprise half of the order was missing, 1 out of 2 burgers is probably not bad for some but I find it completely ridiculous and amateurish especially given that the restaurant was empty and so was the drive-thru

Here it really is the Gilles Varone of BK's - it doesn't matter if it's early or late, empty or packed - the burger is always hot and carefully prepared, and the service friendly and efficient.

It's cold in this "restaurant", obviously the door wide open in winter is nice. More than an hour of waiting for a simple menu, nothing more and it's not the first time... Did not recommend this Burger King!!! Not the food but just the service! Leave 80 francs and not even have the right to complain about the wait or the incomplete service! Really sad !!!
