I spent a lunch break there with a tour group of 35 people.

You need to Pay 1fr to use to the bathrooms even if you have bought food on it, it’s outrageous, I couldn’t wash my hands and they don’t ever offer antibacterial gel.. shame on you Burger King!

If you pay up to almost CHF 20 for a single burger (the two of us spent CHF 50) then these are restaurant prices and not fast food prices. I expect a minimum service, including a restaurant toilet. However, Burger King has outsourced toilet operations to Marché, even though the toilet is located in the Burger King restaurant. This means that as a guest you pay an additional CHF 1 per person. What a disgrace and that's why it was my last visit. Addition: The voucher is only valid for half the amount, which means you always pay extra for using the toilet!

Ordered 2 BigKing XXL. 1x normal, 1x without cucumbers. Both came with cucumbers. Ordered 20x nuggets. Were cool and very dry. The staff preferred playing with the toys behind the counter rather than being polite and attentive. In addition, the floor was very dirty even though there were very few visitors. No longer worth a visit.

Ordering on the screen is very complicated and you are constantly being suggested other things that you don't want.

Unfortunately, this BK has deteriorated significantly compared to last year. Whooper was not at the original temperature. Too much ice in the cola. And the restaurant unclean....! Wouldn't have done well in the BK test!!!

The Burger King now has real moonshine prices, cheeseburgers are 5.-, McDonald's takes 3.- or sometimes less, brownies are 4.50, which feels like a bite big. 4.50!? Red Bull, gives il Coop next to drsn for 1.80. mess

The employees were unstaffed and there was only one person at the cash register at lunch. She was young and the stress was evident on her face. There is no longer any free use of the toilet for restaurant guests; they charge CHF 1 for this. Customer service is dead here, so I can't recommend the location.

Instead of being served, you have to pick up the food at the counter. The burger and nuggets were a bit dry. But for the price you can't expect more.

Very dirty restaurant and cold food! Normally we like to eat at Burger King! Despite many dissatisfied guests, this restaurant in Würenlos doesn't care about anything and doesn't do anything to improve! I've been there a few times and regretted it every time! I ordered and paid for a double and saw at home that it was a simple one... That wouldn't be the worst, but even after 20 minutes of unpacking the cheese is still solid and not melted, which tells me that nothing in the burger was hot and fresh. I wouldn't recommend this store 👎

The food was okay so far. I think it's stupid that women have to pay 1 Fr. to go to the toilet. Although there is a voucher worth 1 Fr. that the woman can redeem on her next visit, it doesn't help me because there is no Burger King near me. I think a solution with a code for the toilet facility on the receipt would make more sense.

A Burger King! During our visit everything actually went well. The food was fresh and tasty, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The order was also ready relatively quickly. In terms of taste, like every other Burger King, there is room for improvement.

Sun and inviting that you can enjoy some sun on the terrace. But no, it's closed and when I asked I only got a short answer.

The atmosphere here is not good. Small and cramped place, also really loud too. The staff was super nice and attentive. The food was too cold and should have been warmer for me. All in all I just go there when i dont have another chance

Today 5/14/22 5:30 p.m. Cold fries... cold burgers. The cheese was hard and dry. The glass of kola is only 2/3 full... Don't think there's a boss in the house? Or just too lazy? I would have liked to empty everything back on the counter...

Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive shopping experience at BK Würenlos, the onion rings were lukewarm and mushy, and they needed to be seasoned more. I spent 18.-, but I would have had to pay another 1.- for the toilet, that's not customer-friendly, you should be able to give out a token for the customers. The customer is a necessary evil here, I had the impression, which is a shame.

Nothing special. Prity standard. You need to pay for the toilets and you can reimburse it on the counter. Reimbursement does not work with the self-service stations. Toilets can be considered dirty.

Hello, We went out to eat with children. (Tessa) served us, she was so unfriendly and worst of all the boss was even more unfriendly. The boss didn't even have a name tag. We didn't even get everything we ordered, only half of it, it wasn't even busy. After eating we wanted to order dessert because we had a receipt. We wanted to order at the checkout but the boss said we should order from the machine because she didn't want to serve us, she just served other customers. Then we ordered from the machine, we wanted to pay but it didn't work, we called her, then she said OK and came to the checkout. We ordered and then she said it wasn't possible blah blah. The boss discussed with us for 5 minutes, she was really so cheeky, she said the DOOR is there, what's the point 🤬 such a cheeky woman, if she doesn't want to work she should stay at home, it's that simple instead of discussing with customers. Like we're told to go outside. That doesn't work. We asked her name and she wouldn't say it. So I understand that a boss without a name tag is unfriendly, cheeky and has no respect for customers. If she is unable to work, that's not our problem. If she has a problem with her husband, it's not our problem either, the woman ruined my day🤬 she doesn't belong here, she can't work with customers, doesn't even say hello, doesn't even laugh.

Haven't been to a Burger King in forever. Burgers are very good as always. Cool combinations possible at the ordering station. But the program on the large tablet is very confusing.

It was our first time in a Burger King and we will avoid it in the future. We paid 30fr. for 2 normal burgers and 1 Cola Zero. The burgers were cold and the bacon was almost raw. The taste was also bland. For such prices I expect the minimum. Will stay with the M competition. They at least provide the minimum.

Super slim and cold served steakhouse burger. I am sure this wasnt the right burger in it. The fries look like some one has just vomit them. This place is disgrace of american burger culture. Seems like you guys just gave up dont care anymore. Waste of money!

Very quick but the burger was terrible. He was cold inside. I'm used to BK's burgers being freshly made, but it was even worse than the competition with the two golden arches. The fries were OK.

Everything is covered in dirt. Toilet horrible. You only get a voucher back on your next visit. Information from Burger King employees: The toilet is part of the rest area. You have nothing to do with it. You can't find a table without dirt. Luckily you can leave the food on the tray.

I don't expect perfect cleanliness at a fast food restaurant at a motorway service station, but today I saw an outside service worker pushing the trash that was on the edge of the trash can into it with a rag and pushing it down. Then she cleaned the trash can with said rag. So far so good, but I find wiping the dining tables with the same cloth immediately afterwards very disgusting. In my opinion, catastrophic and unfriendly service. I had to use the machine to order and if something was unclear I was not helped. My tip: Next door is the Marche from Migros. Prices are similar and I was greeted with a smile and received good service. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Really bad burgers. No gloves in the cooking area... Staff unfriendly and hardly speak German. Portions are rather small.

The food was as always at BK. After a child accidentally dropped his drink, no one from the staff felt responsible for cleaning up for over 30 minutes. A pity!

A bit too expensive. 4.5 for a coke is too much. A person can easily spend 30 chf for a meal. Being a fast food, it is too much also fir the Swiss standard. The staff doesn't smile at all. They look something between annoyed and frustrated.

I actually come to this BurgerKing branch regularly, but the last two times were a disaster. But my visit today at 1:28 p.m. was the worst so far. I ordered a steakhouse burger with bacon to take away. As soon as I got into the car on the other side of the rest stop, I was looking forward to my first bite. Rejoiced too soon! Extremely cold and scary!!! I just lost my appetite, so I didn't go back to complain or ask for a new one. But it remains my last visit there for now...

Hello, I find it sad that Bürger King increases the prices... but this chilli cheese sauce is becoming less and less even though you have to pay more money and then you don't even get a fork to take with you on the go

The 10 chf menu with 3 different burgers to choose from, nugets and fries is the best they have done in a long time.

The employees are easily overwhelmed. It wasn't busy but we had to wait a long time. Our burgers were ice cold, so I'm going straight back with them. There was no apology, nothing and the second burgers weren't really warm either. And they don't know sentences like: "bon appetit" or "good evening", "goodbye", "thank you".

I paid for a king size menu and only got a regular drink! Was then simply ignored when I spoke to the boss about it!
