Tonight on 24/032024 at 10pm , I ordered crispy chicken and large chip plus 9 Onion rings for delivery total paid is more then CHF30. My order arrived but chip is missing and I got only 4 onion rings. I am so disappointed with your service and this is not the first time I experienced situation like this from your Burger King. Never again. My order number was 628 ( U-3A18C)

I know it was carnival and it was very busy for you yesterday, but I have to say you won't get any customers with such an unfriendly lady behind the counter. After a long wait, which was fine for us due to the large number of people, we were finally able to pick up our order. Unfortunately, not everything we had on our order was included and so I went back to the counter and explained my concerns to the lady behind the counter. Completely arrogant, she told me to leave because she had a lot of work and 40 more orders and then simply ignored me. Sorry now... how rude please. The nice gentleman next to her at the counter looked first at her and then at me and asked what I wanted to do. He then gave me the missing product without saying a word. A big thank you to him. I don't know what the lady's name was, but when I forward it she will definitely feel addressed and hopefully next time she won't react so unfriendly despite the stress. We were there around midnight (from February 10th to February 11th) as a little help for everyone who was on duty

I had a day ticket from the SBB and ended up in Lucerne and was really hungry. I've been there before and was really happy, but I didn't have much time, so I took the food with me. This time I wanted to enjoy my meal there but there wasn't much to be felt in terms of enjoyment. Firstly, the two burgers I bought were made without care and without love and in the end they looked completely different than in the promising pictures in the restaurant. Then all the trash cans upstairs were full. When I ordered my second burger, I brought it to the attention of the people at the checkout, but they shook and talked to their colleagues instead of immediately paying attention to the complaint and cleaning up the real mess upstairs. It was also striking to notice that if someone doesn't want to order in the vending machine or machine and wants to order at the counter, that's not very popular and people are more likely to get upset if someone creates even more work for them. If it were cleaner and more attention was paid to the burgers during production, many more people would come and eat there.

Only half of the order was delivered. Various things are missing Jalapeno fries mayonnaise Drinks without ice For takeaway instead of restaurant Complaining on the main page doesn't help! It is written back and forth. It wasn't the first time that the food wasn't what it should be at BK.

After a 3-day high-drug trip, we were able to completely put the lid on it by eating the gray stuff. The money was literally squeezed into the counter. Kitchen didn't look good enough for the Courmet sweet tooth. Nevertheless, my intestines didn't sound the alarm! Unfortunately, the “fast food” was slower than my bikes, which I often end up in my lower lip.

You have enough time to put together the menu. Enough space in the waiting area. Enough space in the restaurant area where you can eat.

The food is cold.. the nuggets are cold.. may have been left for too long.. the fries no longer taste because they have been left for too long and are cold... the burgers, the bread is not warm... it is not clean...

I'm still here with my 2 children and husband. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely and is now at least as bad as at the MC. In the women's toilet, the faucet almost flies away when the hand dryer blows. And the door doesn't close, so you don't have to enter the code at all. The light switch in the men's toilet is gone, but there are open cables. The door doesn't close either and you can get in without a code. Downstairs, the cupboards under the stairs in front of the elevator are broken and the doors will soon fall off. The cables from the old surveillance camera are hanging loose and open. And the cabinet with a security lock where electronics from the entrance door and whatever else is in it is left unlocked and open on the shelf above the trash cans. And to top it off, 2 of the 4 bar stools in front of the lift are broken/wobbly. So dear Burger King team, it's high time to get going and try harder again. You can do it much better. Good day I was always very pleased to eat at your location in Lucerne. But I also like to enjoy a beer every now and then. Today, however, I had the experience that the beer cooling system doesn't work at all! I ordered 10 beers and they were warm. A beer should never be stored warm and therefore should not be passed on to customers warm. For me a very desolate performance. Hope there will be a change. Lg

It tasted similar to Burger King King.

First of all, it's very unhygienic. The employee touched his nose with a snout, I watched this closely and touched the food. The lady at the checkout who was a bit overweight was very disrespectful and the chicken wings were completely burnt which was normal at Burger King. The chicken wrap is cold, that's normal too, she said. The employees almost didn't speak German. Standard that Burger King has unhygienic employees.

I just placed an order (October 1st, 2023 at around 2:10 a.m.). There were so many people in there and you had to wait forever. Then suddenly so many people had to cough because there was something corrosive in the air because security simply used pepper spray or something similar in the store. Everyone fled and I couldn't pick up my order even though I had paid at the machine.

The place is filthy, it gets crowded in the evenings and it is a very rough and narrow place. The menus do not change like the burger menus in Europe. It is an advantage that it is located in the center and is open at night.

Too disorganized...half the order was wrong....ice cream way too little Nutella. The child was missing toys... instead of fries with beacon we got jallapenios... unfortunately we relied on the staff and didn't check properly. Maybe staff can hire people to read

So: Burger King is really very pleasant after an active drinking experience in the city. Usually you empty your stomach beforehand and then go to the Burger King comfortably and drunk. Now I was really in the mood for 2 delicious burgeees and onion rings with the best chilli cheese dip. I happily packed up my order boy, just chilli cheese dip, there wasn't anything going on at the moment. I took 1 bite and just 3km long black hair down my throat brother just wanted to die. After this hair, I didn't even touch the burgee, my stomach was already full. Burgerking please get this under control, I want to eat burgees and not 3km of hair.

I once again felt the scary prices of Switzerland here. Even Catchup is paid. The price is different from the handmade burger. I went there because of my wife, but it seems like it was the first time I left anything while eating a burger.
