Burger King in Stans

Some employees were nice, but some were annoyed/cheeky after you went to the checkout and they FRIENDLY pointed out that they had forgotten parts of the order. And here's a red flag: A black hair was found in the drink, instead of good compensation a new lid and a new straw were given, but no new drink. On the contrary, the atmosphere was positive. Very pleasant and welcoming. Please pay more attention to health/hygiene. 💪🏻

Worst Burger King restaurant in Switzerland. Never seen such dirty tables and unclean toilets. Employees very unkempt, incompetent and unfriendly cheeky. I had to deal with customer support and didn't really have a good experience there either. Will never eat at Burger King again….ever again

It has very little to do with fast food if you wait 30 minutes at the drive inn with 4 cars in front of you.

A very friendly and good service. A very clean restaurant. You could have a conversation because the music wasn't set too loud. Although at that moment, when I was in the restaurant, only Brazilian folk music was playing. Very child friendly. The manager José Ricardo, (vulgar Bannzé), was very friendly and told me a bit about his local culture. He had his people under control. Conclusion: Very friendly manager, 5 star service and clean restaurant. I highly recommend a promotion.

You should check the order immediately to make sure it is correct and nothing is missing. You should explicitly request napkins, otherwise you won't have any. Service is friendly.

Ok it's fast food. But the burgers at this location are always freshly made. Burger King quality in Switzerland is much higher than locations in the US and Australia (Hungry Jack's). Why is McDonald's not better in Switzerland?

Disgusting behavior from an employ earlier today which he opened the freezer to take some French fries with his bare hands put them in the fryer and then mopping his hands on his pants 🤢 luckily I didn’t order French fries.Unprofessional and unhealthy.

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time. But the prices don't work at all. A menu 16.90 with a mini portion of fries and Fanta (chili burger). It's cheaper to order two double cheeseburgers. A chicken burger and a small Coke. Together 34 francs. I find that fresh. Now I know why I don't go to them anymore. Service doesn't even say hello or thank you. Just shout the number and you're done.

Drive in locked and no service inside. I then ate at another place where I was happily served and welcomed as a guest, and I will continue to do so in the future.

We had to pay more than 60 euros for a mediocre Burger King, 2 adults and 2 children, quite expensive even by Swiss standards for what you get

The food is usually served cold there. Despite feedback, it keeps happening. They don't take you seriously there, on the contrary, they can't understand why you don't like eating a burger cold. The ventilation is set so high that everything flies off the shelf and you freeze while you eat. Everything was reported directly and was never taken seriously.

Most of the time it's very quick and the service is nice. But the drive-in needs to be better signposted. In winter it can take a long time. But BK is great!

Absolutely not recommended!! We ordered food as a group (approx. 9 people). Half was not included. For example, in a box of 9 chicken nuggets there were only 6 in it😡. Once and never again!! Better the 10 km to the next one drive.

30 minutes of waiting to order for a family with two small children and then, after asking several times, they received completely the wrong burgers and drinks. Jumbled together from goods that were lying around. Service unfortunately subpar and lousy. At the time of the order the restaurant was empty. We will avoid it in the future.

Junk food next level, now and unfortunately this is not the only BK in Switzerland, burgers etc. are prepared early in the morning and then warmed up briefly when you order (indication is that in about 10 seconds you have the "product " in my hands) the result is: They taste absolutely horrible even by fast food standards, so much so that I lose my appetite after 2 bites. It wasn't like that before I assume that this is about handling efficiency and I will be happy to do my part to avoid you in the future and not recommend you to others

Service was really bad. In the hour we were eating there, two people came to complain about our order because they got the wrong citizens. I stole extra ham and cheese but it wasn't fried at all, just a little warmed. Tables were dirty we had to wipe tables first. The food was actually very good, the fries were better than the competition, unfortunately because everything is different I prefer to go to the competition.

We ordered at the drive-thru using the vouchers. We had to repeat it very often in standard German. We didn't get anything like we ordered, we didn't get 2 ice creams and no ice tea, which we ordered very understandably. It wasn't that cool :(

Very overcrowded, there is no safe distance and of about 7 employees, 3 were nose-pimmers (mask under their nose) and 1 was at the grill with a mask on his chin, i.e. under his mouth...
