Burger King in Buchs (SG)

The quality of the food is pretty good for fast food, but the speed of the service leaves a lot to be desired. The store is almost empty but waiting times of 15-30 minutes are not uncommon.

Everything was good, fast service and good cooperation

It always has very dirty tables, which really annoys me. Every table should be cleaned once after use. The service was great. A very helpful employee, Claudia, helped me a lot with the order. Since I hardly ever go to Burger King, she had to explain everything to me. Which she did brilliantly. Thanks to her we got two more promos that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I can only praise Claudia highly.

Very helpful, friendly employees in Buchs SG. Despite renovation work in front of the building (parking lot), access is available for wheelchair users using a stair lift. Compliment!! A “♿” button would be desirable on the machine when ordering. Because the terminals are very high and it's not easy to get to the items you want while sitting.

I was there on February 24th. order food at lunchtime. Ms. CLAUDIA behaves very rudely, disrespectfully and brashly towards the customers. Unfortunately, I don't understand the reason why she doesn't pack toys with Happy Meal orders (despite the reminder). No STRAW!!. Very slow waiting times!!!! I ask you to have a conversation with her. I hope this problem gets better because it's not good at all!!!!

I think the food at Burger King is 1000 times better than McDonalds. I love this restaurant. I particularly like the Nutella fusion.

The food is good, I recommend it. The problems start when you come alone on the weekend with a baby and a stroller, the blinds are on the first floor and not adapted for babies or their parents. Disabled people in wheelchairs are also unable to use the toilet on the weekend

Claudia is very unfriendly to customers and even less to children! We waited 20 minutes for the takeaway food! Unfriendly, unmotivated, insulting!

Ordered 9 chicken wings and chilli cheese at the drive in and only got chilli cheese fries (!) check your employees!

Go to this restaurant often. Unfortunately, I always find that the soap in the men's toilet is empty. But it's good that when you leave the toilet it says "Please wash your hands before you continue" on the door. Unpleasant that I can't wash my hands properly and also disgusting knowing that everyone walks out with unwashed hands after using the toilet. It would be desirable for the employees to use another toilet, hopefully with enough soap.

I've been to the BK in Buchs 10 times and have never received my order correctly and completely. Last time, order placed at the terminal: Son: Crazy Chees BBQ Duble with iced tea and chili cheese. My wife the same except the drink, she took Fanta. I have a Röstiburger and Cola Zerro. Beckommen we had the simple Crazy Chees BBQ twice and they wanted to give me a normal cola. I only go to the BK in Buchs with reluctance

Ordered, 6:31 p.m. Burger menu with Fanta and chili cheese fries. Called 7:44 p.m. I was promised delivery in 20 minutes. (extremely nice lady on the phone) At 8:21 p.m. the doorbell rang. My order was then brought to the second floor, but there was no Fanta, but a Cola 🤮. With the ice cream that was brought to me for the delay in delivery, it would have been good if the delivery had corresponded to the order. A pity. I'm not sure whether I'll order from them again or go shopping and cook myself. Would have been faster in this case!

The food was very tasty and you are always well received by the staff. Steve was particularly friendly and he put more chocolate on our ice cream because we wanted it that way, you actually have to pay for it but we didn't know that, thanks to him I almost feel at home every time I enter the shop.

Always extremely long waiting times whether for drive or home delivery. The most important thing was the sensor when we had to wait at the drive. We can't stop in front of the sensor. You would concentrate better on what is important.
