Burger King in Thal

It's just a bit annoying when you have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for an ice cream after eating in a "fast food restaurant" and unfortunately not the first time.

Unfortunately I didn't check the order. At home I noticed that 9 chicken nuggets were missing :( It wasn't the first time something was missing either.

The food was delicious and highly recommended

A pure disaster! Burger dry and lukewarm. Fries come in one block and are soft. The delivery took over an hour! I am extremely disappointed!

Cleanliness has become much better. The food you order is now prepared a lot quicker. Buzzer system has been abolished. New are the good table numbers where the food is brought to you. I'm happy to see such improvements, I'll be happy to come back more often :)

Not recommended, you wait forever, parts of the order are forgotten. Unfriendly, cold food because half was ready and the other was only prepared 10 minutes later. Extremely disorganized. It's a shame that the service/staff drags the whole thing down so much. Was here for the last time!

🚫 I love Burger King and the variety of different menus and burgers! ☹️ Unfortunately there was a mistake with the last order because we had (King Fries) Chili Cheese instead of the Bacon Cheese❗ But the error was only discovered at home and that never happened and is annoying because there is nothing you can do. When I ordered, it seemed to me that the two employees weren't in a hurry and were gossiping about other employees and that never goes down well with customers! ... What a shame.... 😉

No matter where I was, it was just a huge disappointment. My environment and I and a lot of people are of the opinion that the store is one of the worst branches.

Absolute disgrace, we ordered 2 menus at the counter using coupons from the app. A menu was wrong, after I pointed it out to the saleswoman she said that it was my fault. She would have typed the code correctly]We didn't receive a receipt and therefore had no control over the order. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING, WE WERE HERE FOR THE LAST TIME. The hygiene also leaves something to be desired.

The staff is loooong. Don't know if it's not motivated or there aren't enough people. They take forever no matter what. Food was incredibly bad. The fact that you can prepare prepared things so badly is almost a miracle.

Burger cold and soggy, even though there were no guests there yet. The salad that was ordered looked like it was 3-4 days old. When the complaint was made, all they said was that this salad was like that. The second salad that was offered as a replacement looked exactly the same. We did not accept this and ultimately gave the money back. At the order terminal you will be asked to enter the number for the service. However, the signs with the numbers cannot be found. Card payment was not possible at the terminal, and when the staff was pointed out, they shrugged their shoulders. The handheld hairdryer doesn't work in the toilet. The staff seems absolutely listless and unmotivated and you can feel that in the quality of the burgers. The restaurant was also practically empty at noon. It's a shame about the good chickeria that used to be here!

There were just two of us in the store. We bought it for 35fr, except for the king wings everything was soggy and definitely not fresh. Had 2x XL fries 9wings 1 chicken wrap and onion rings. Everything was squeezed into 1 bag with the wrap at the bottom, which was of course completely crushed. For this price I would have expected more professionalism. This is never the case in the city of St. Gallen.

I ordered a burger with 4x cheese when it arrived after 20 minutes and the cheese was cold.

We ate there together today and were a bit surprised by the negative reviews. Maybe Burger King has improved so much ☺️ The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the food was good as usual. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable for the duration of our stay.

I'm not here much, but waiting 30 minutes EVERY TIME for a menu is not exactly what I expect from a fast food takeaway. And not just at lunchtime, but also in the evening. I'm currently waiting for 22 minutes again... Unfortunately that's the rule here...

2 stars due to price increase Update from February 7th, 2023 After several visits, this time I was most disappointed. The shop is always empty. But if you ask the ladies if they could clean the dirty tables for a moment, they say there are enough clean tables or get me a napkin 🤯 the sanitary facilities also stink. With two customers, the employees registered today seem to be overwhelmed.

Tables are dirty even though there are practically no guests. You wait forever for the order. The Oreo milkshake is a joke, we got a cup filled with normal ice cream and a few crumbs of Oreo cookies on top, it was impossible to drink it with a straw. Had to ask for a spoon…and wait another five minutes…sorry but no wonder, you go to the competition….

Unfortunately the food isn't fresh and we all had a stomach ache. The staff is friendly. The fries were ok and fresh but the burgers were a complete disaster, cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Never again.

Thought I'd take a trip to BurgerKing for once. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Food is prepared without a hint of love and the unmotivated employees work like robots. What a sh*t world. It's better to go to the restaurants and get something to eat. There are good traditional restaurants with menus from 15 Fr. Top price & top quality and in addition to filling you up, it doesn't weigh on your stomach like the cold, fattening burgers. But the stupid modern person would rather support foreign chains with unhealthy food just because they have a name. Bye Burger King

We have visited this BK branch many times and I have to say that this branch has developed so positively in the last few months that it definitely has to be mentioned here!

Super friendly staff! I didn't know that orange juice in menu costs 1 CHF extra and I wasn't even angry or anything, just mentioned it and I got extra meat slice in my hamburger for free! The cashier was super polite and I didn't expect such an exemplary quality of service from Burger King!

I was in this “Horror Buger King” on April 18, 2023. I have rarely seen something so disgusting. I ordered a cheeseburger. Hoping that it would be freshly made, I ordered it with extra bacon. After receiving the burger, I immediately realized that my hope was in vain. The bread was cold and not nearly fresh, the cheese was not nearly melted, the bacon tasted extremely like pork that you could almost think you were tasting death, even the beef you could think came straight from the freezer. A shame, I can't understand how this Burger King can still be open despite the hail of negative reviews. I recommend everyone run as fast as you can. This store is a physical assault.

Unfortunately my visit there was a disaster. The food was cold and the cheese on my Long Chilli Chees wasn't even melted. The taste was very bad and the bread didn't seem fresh either. Overall, the quality of the food was very disappointing and I can therefore definitely not recommend visiting this Burger King.

I can only agree with the many other reviews - obviously the personnel planning isn't working. There are three people behind the counter/in the kitchen, but the list of numbers gets longer instead of shorter. We've now waited exactly 20 minutes for 2 menus - borderline. At least the fries were hot and the burgers weren't completely cold.

I would never eat at this Burger King again. French fries taste like rotten fish, you have to wait forever as if you had to pick the salad first or look for the beef & Ms. Bokhee is so unsuitable for customers!! Unfriendly is still too nice a description.

When I read the reviews nothing has changed yet. It's better to go to fortyfour, which is 50m further back, the service is great and so is the food. You don't have to wait as long there as you do here. Hardly any customers but I wait 20 minutes for standard burgers. For the young ones there will soon be the MC Im Altenrhein. I think you can save money everywhere here. I almost feel sorry for employees

The food has always been more or less good, but so far the waiting times have always been unbearably long, which really needs to be improved. Waiting sometimes over 20 minutes each time is too much in my opinion.

Probably the worst Burger King in Switzerland. Endless waiting for cold hamburgers. Completely overworked staff who close the entrance doors when they are too stressed. The staff seems overwhelmed or undermotivated. Apparently the leaders work without a concept. That's why it's usually not clean and tidy. There is still a lot of room for improvement! It's a shame about the money because the products aren't really cheap.

The hygiene is very poor. Had to clean the tables myself. There are also few staff because you can tell they are overwhelmed by the crowds. Recommend a jumper who is nearby to help out in such cases. We also waited over 15 minutes for the food. It wasn't very amusing.

We've been here several times now but tonight is a complete disaster. Starting from the ordering service to the cleanliness to the food. Sometimes we ordered self-service and there was no signaling device available, let alone we paid by card and didn't even receive a receipt. When we were informed about the missing device, we received one. Ok well after about 10 minutes our order came from 2 people. Unfortunately the burgers were completely cold, let alone the fries. I think someone is in love with as much salt as we had on them at the moment. The weekly recommendation of salt was covered within one evening. Dirty and too much rubbish under the tables and then an employee comes and cleans the table next to us and oops the crumbs from the table were with us (very appetizing) we will try to avoid this restaurant from now on and prefer to go to McDonalds.

We've eaten here a few times now. Unfortunately the order and cleanliness is very poor. The tables are smeared, the toilets stink, there are a lot of cigarette butts lying around outside and the tables outside also leave a lot to be desired. We won't be eating here again and won't recommend BK to anyone. Go eat in a restaurant in the area, support the local gastronomy and stay away from such a bad big company.
