Burger King in Visp

The food is much better than when it opened and the staff is friendly, but 3 out of 5 self-orders didn't work.

It's not the first time I've been to this place, before the burgers were good but they always looked bad. Yesterday I was there with my daughters and I noticed something different from the service of the operations manager Joseph and other employees. Really very good. Without a doubt much better than before. Thank you

Burger King Visp: I unintentionally ordered a veggie long chicken from the machine, but wanted a normal long chicken. I reported this to the checkout and asked if I could change this. This wasn't a problem, but the employee who prepared the food looked annoyed at me because she had to make a new burger. I unpacked my long chicken at home and it didn't contain any salad or sauce, just bread and meat. I find this a disgrace.

First the wrong food was delivered. When the right thing came, it was cold. The fries were soggy, the nuggets had the consistency of eraser. The wrap is cold inside. The drink was incorrect. The only positive thing was the delivery person, he was friendly.

3 menus ordered in the drive worth 50.- We received something completely different that had nothing to do with our order. In addition, not everything that was listed on the incorrect receipt was included in the delivery. Value just under 30.- We couldn't reach anyone by phone to report the error. Definitely not recommended.

Very modern Burger King restaurant. The fries are warm, crispy and well salted. Of course the burgers were made quickly but still tasty. Great for a quick hunger pang or after a hike. The sanitary facilities were also clean and well maintained.

The staff was really nice. The food was very warm. It tasted like any Burger King. It was very clean. Very chic 2 floors. There is nothing to complain about. I don't understand the bad ratings. It's a Burger King as a Burger King can and should be.

BurgerKing actually stands for high-quality fast food. At least in other locations. I used to like going to BK. However, what is offered here lacks what BK stands for. I wouldn't even say across the board that the employees can do something about it, but rather question the management. Poorly trained staff? Can be customized. Quality problems? Also customizable with efficient training.

Never again. Burgers and fries are cold. Cleanliness poor. Nothing wrong but it takes a long time. The place stinks and the ventilation obviously doesn't work. Conclusion: it really can't get much worse!

The burgers were inedible, the meat was bone dry and tough. The burgers weren't really warm either. It was cold in the restaurant and we had to keep our jackets on while we ate. That was definitely our last visit there.

Honestly very bad! Waiting time 20-25 minutes for a simple BK menu. Too few staff and also contentious. Almost every customer has reason to complain about something (issued incorrectly or coldly). No more!! I'd rather buy a piece of bread and salami.

The Burger King was practically empty. Still, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. There was virtually no sauce in the burgers. The meat tasted burnt and was very dry.

Catastrophe!!! We've been waiting almost 1.5 hours for our order. This is not the first time that there have been long waiting times or incorrect deliveries. Ordering at the drive-in can sometimes be a bit confusing, but otherwise the restaurant is beautifully designed and the staff is polite.

Advertise Google to write reviews for 1 free Sundae. We tried for 5 minutes and asked the employee. She couldn't help us and finally said it wouldn't work without a Google account. Of course we didn't get sundae. Why do you have to register somewhere to take part in reviews? Cleanliness works like this.

Our food was great, we had the long chicken for the first time and I have to say it tasted very good. The steakhouse burger was also very good and everything was good as always. We still come here from time to time and have always been satisfied so far. We don't have anything negative to say, but that's just a matter of taste.

Ordered delivery via Uber Eats, waiting already 1.5 hours!!! Nobody answers the calls and there is no update on the app!!! Dont reccomend to anyone. If they treat client like this nobody should order from this one... This is robbery!

The delivery service is definitely not working!! I paid and have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours when I call and no one answers!!! So that I don't get anything, I've now spent money. Cancellation doesn't work either and that means that I don't even get my money!!!!

First of all, I have nothing against Burger King and have eaten there quite often. Yesterday (09/19/23) I was there again and ordered food. Unfortunately, the food was only partially put on the table and the rest was only brought when we asked. The ambience was fine, but we also sat outside. Now the reason for my review. It's been almost a week since I started a new and extremely promising job, but I had to call in sick today. There were white deposits of old fat on the chicken strips, the meat didn't taste natural at all and had more of the consistency of chocolate pudding. I'm going to the doctor today to check whether I have food poisoning. I am massively disappointed and will definitely not eat here again. Also advise against doing this to anyone else.

Yo, the Nutella sundae is an absolute hit! I tested it and it was super tasty, really amazing! The combination of Nutella and vanilla ice cream totally rocks. The only thing is that there is no table service, but it's still totally worth it. Just pick it up, enjoy and party!

To the derfa secle... very disappointing... the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Very unfriendly staff with a bad attitude, communication = 0, well questionable whether they even understand you, waiting time to Hallelujah and back, hygiene somehow doesn't exist in their vocabulary => probably a foreign word in general; Unfortunately everything and everywhere is dirty, toilets smell unpleasant and yes... Eat; You never get what you actually ordered - if you don't check directly you leave half empty - that means - something is always missing. You pay for the actual complete order but don't eat everything, and often very dry burgers, unfortunately mostly served cold and drinks are often non-carbonated... Except acqua naturale 😉 Bad bad... Conclusion; I'll just go to Conthey again, like before, to enjoy a decent 🍔 from Burger King.
