I ordered a menu 30 minutes of waiting then a glass on the 2nd day 45 minutes of waiting

Order served quickly, everything was correct and hot. No complaints. Excellent

35 minute wait for an order for 2 adults and a child. Whooper arrived without garnish. Forgotten sauces, dessert and children’s toys! And what’s more, unpleasant staff, to avoid…!

Order placed via Uber eats, the order is constantly postponed and finally canceled…. The “restaurant” doesn’t answer the phone, it feels like they’re playing dead… a real disaster!

Service much too long 25 min to wait for 3 Menus knowing that the workers don't have all their time when they have 1 hour we are supposed to be in a so-called fast restaurant even McDonald's not even 5 min after your order you already receive it unacceptable!!!

I am very disappointed with this Burger King. We ordered on the Just Eat app to have it delivered and no, we waited 3 hours for our order, all for it to arrive cold. I find this unacceptable from a fast food restaurant. If it's going to take so long, it's better to stop deliveries, especially if it's to pay 5.- for delivery. It really is theft! Frankly no action was taken regarding the waiting time, it’s really excessive. Anyway, I find all of this really not acceptable.

UPDATE: I returned to give BK Monthey another chance. Far from being in a rush hour, I took the time to clarify that I wanted cheese in my burger. I was lucky enough to be served by the manager of the place and to chat with him for 5 minutes. The responsibility for the good management of the place is felt in his speech and their vocation is to improve the shortcomings shown by the restaurant. To follow and see when ordering during RUSH period. --- Another order from BK this evening which takes 20 minutes at the drive-thru... The person does not understand the order because "Cheese" is not part of the establishment's vocabulary apparently. A receipt of an order that is not ours, one more wait, to finally arrive home with our Woopers, without cheese, once again for the 3rd time! I don't know what's going on with you, but we can no longer blame it on the fact that you just opened. The management of this place is a disaster, too bad for a brand that we love so much elsewhere 😭

If you are in a hurry or hungry, do not order at the drive-thru (min 20 min) and even less via UberEat (min 50 min)

In the quality of the group's restaurants, well placed because close to the commercial area as well as the highway. There are 2 drive lanes but the parking lot is not huge. The dishes served are correct

25 minutes of waiting to pay at the checkout.. but our order was served BEFORE paying. So free meal. To a person who was waiting before us and who had the audacity to ask the question, the staff checked and told him "sir, you've only been waiting for 18 minutes so it's okay".. how he didn't slap him ... Too long wait time for the drive

We went to this restaurant and ordered from the terminals. We had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes to receive our order which is, in my opinion, way too long. After eating, a member of my family did not feel well, following a visit to the emergency room it turned out that he had food poisoning. The meat on the burger was no longer good and they still sold it to us, which was worth 3-4 days of discomfort. It is unacceptable to sell non-standard products. Hygiene was to be desired. We will not go back there again.

I have ordered several times, at first putting the wait on the novelty but since then it is just intolerable, sometimes up to 2 hours of waiting, and from what I have heard it is not better by going directly to the location. walk a few more meters and go to mcdo at least we are never disappointed. In addition, the restaurant does not answer the phone, probably so as not to hear customer complaints.

For a Burger King, it was really decent. Visited with family on a Sunday at noon. Everything seemed clean, fast service and corresponding to our order, all the terminals worked and pleasant attendance with enough space.

Much better than at the beginning, we see that the opinions have been taken into account. The burgers are generous and good, I recommend you give them a second chance :)

Ordered on Uber Eats, cold menu, more than 1 hour of waiting, and on top of that there were missing products. Frankly, we can't do everything, service in the restaurant, take-out service plus orders on Uber Eats, we have to review priorities. Because in addition with the prices that Burger King, if there are products missing from the order that we receive at home, it's annoying (in my case yes), and in addition I called the delivery man's number, just after he gave me the order, he doesn't respond anymore, and the restaurant doesn't respond either. So there you have it, all that to say that it’s nonsense.

It's disgusting I was there 4.5 livers there's never a single table that's clean and the state of the kitchen I've never seen that in my life apart from it was good but last night 1 leaf of salad in my burger only. Frankly it's scary the greasy floors we risk falling while walking elsewhere a waiter slipped and dropped my tray it's really really disgusting

I'm sorry... I went on a Sunday evening but only half of the orders were placed on 6 terminals, 3 terminals being in service. Not too many people to work with poor work organization, a lot of work between customers on site, customers at the drive service, takeaway customers and deliveries... with me I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order, in the end I was still missing products in my bag. Lots of stress and as a result mistakes... On the positive side, the hamburgers seem better to me than the competition. Sorry, I hope to change my point of view next time.

Twice I have been to this burger king restaurant. I had fries with cheese and bacon but their stinginess meant that I only had fries with non-existent cheese and two strips of bacon... The staff is so bitter that therapy might be necessary. Last time I set foot here.

The menu was good but I hope you like surprises because the orders are hit or miss. The establishment is special. The fat that covers the tables, benches and chairs gives them a magnificent shine under the light. After all, why wash the tables between two customers? It’s probably an ecological argument that I didn’t understand… If you're a little tight this month don't worry. Come anyway and you will have enough to put together a menu by picking up the leftovers that are on the ground. Recycling and ecology… this burger king is truly ahead of its time! In summary I would say major health problems (I hope that in the kitchen it is better), organization and management. Special mention to the toilets which are simply filthy. Enjoy your food!

I ordered on just est at 12:22, it said “the order will be delivered to you at 1:22 p.m.” it’s almost 2:00 p.m. and I still haven’t received anything. very disappointed and not surprised that people think only bad things about it!

Terrible delivery service!! Change your system because 1h40 before receiving my order is unacceptable! Not even a commercial gesture during reception. The overwhelmed delivery man, I pity him a lot! I do not recommend the “delivery service”.

6-7th times since the opening that we have come and it is always a big disaster... The burgers are good but all the time wrong... if you have the misfortune of removing an ingredient you are good to wait and the redo 2-3 times... The cleanliness in the kitchen is... How to say... catastrophic (see photo) the wait is endless... So I have time to post a comment it's been 30 minutes.. For two children's menus and 2 burgers... frankly we hesitated to go to Martigny... for sure we were more hesitant... the last time here. Honestly, go on your way to McDonalds/Kfc or BK in Martigny..
