Burger King in Amriswil

You don't deliver to me, you blood-leaved skin heads, but the food is quite good but MC is still better so I can fully recommend it :)

The food was received 32 minutes after ordering and paying, and the burger was cold, the employees worked very leisurely. Whats going on here ? Fast food ? Slow motion food! Very little movement of the employees was also recorded, not a single table was cleaned. All this with a minimum of 10 free tables. Never experienced anything like that! And the prices are definitely not cheap.

Always happy with the food, nice workers where always quite friendly and accommodating. The shop is always clean and the food tastes great 🙌🏼

We ordered a Double Whopper and only a single Whopper came. Unfortunately there was no receipt and the straws were also missing. Also we waited almost more than 10 minutes. A pity. Order number from today: 881. Wanted to order again today, March 24th/delivery at 12 noon. Burger King had called and said that the supplier doesn't deliver until 4 p.m., do I want that? By then I had eaten for a long time. Never again!

Between 3pm and 4pm it is very quiet. What I like the most is the "Hot Brownie" with ice cream. What I like the least are the wooden spoons that come with the Brownie. They have a rough texture. Sometimes I feel like bringing my own spoon! 😁

I was asked to give a good review. In return I was offered ice cream. I should explicitly mention the name of an employee because she would have problems and then maybe she would be allowed to stay. To be honest, I was disappointed with the food. There was cheese on my Whopper that I hadn't ordered, and I also had much better chicken strips. The waiting time was absolutely ok this time, but I find it very strange that I should positively mention an employee who didn't serve me at all. What I also don't understand is why you couldn't order at the checkout today. There was enough staff. Maybe it's due to the employees' poor language skills 🤷🏻‍♂️ I definitely won't go there again for a long time. For over 23 francs I had a meal without drinks that was of below average quality. For the same price you can get a decent meal in many restaurants or delivery services.

I'm here in the store often. Top Burger King. Service is friendly, food is served quickly, clean, burgers are served beautifully and the location is in a pleasant place.

Very nice service and the order was completed quickly. Simply canceling the order for ingredients didn't work.

Unfortunately you can't redeem the rewards with the app, you always get an error message. When asked, they say it is currently defective. (Still like this for over 6 months)

The food was delicious but there were only 2 workers in the restaurant, so we have to wait almost 30 minutes for our order (Saturday afternoon) apart from that everything was perfect

When we wanted to order the food at the checkout, the lady looked at us angrily. We had to wait 20 minutes for the food. The staff was very unfriendly, stressed and unprofessional. The finished burgers were tossed back and forth several times (bag - warming station). When we finally had our food and wanted to eat in peace, the employees insulted and cursed each other... All the guests heard it and were horrified!

After about 35 minutes of waiting we went to the counter to find out where our food was. We were rudely told that employees were sick and there weren't enough people. Without further ado, they gave us the food and we had to wolf down the cold food in the car on the way back to the store. In the future we will think twice about whether we eat there or not.

I don't think this Burger King falls under the fast food category because I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my order. Never experienced anything like this, it's quicker at the BK at Zurich HB, where many more orders are processed...

I was there several times to get food and it was always lukewarm (it took 4 minutes to get home). I had already ordered and called after an hour to find out where the food was. Then they said the driver had already gone home (9:25 p.m.). But delivery service is until 10 p.m.!!! I now avoid the Burger King chain completely because I was more disappointed than pleased. When it comes to consistent quality, Mc'Donalds is clearly ahead!!! And what's even worse in retrospect is that I didn't seem to be taken seriously because I didn't receive any feedback from the Burger King chain. (Sorry, confirmation). This shows me once again that honest feedback is not wanted and only damage control is done if there is still hope of turning things around...

Burger at Burger King better than Mc

Very disappointed! We ordered two hot brownies and were not given any vanilla ice cream, just the hot brownie as it was. When we asked the staff about it, we were told they didn't have any ice cream.

We were asked by service to do a voluntary assessment and my colleague did so. She accidentally gave one star to the rating and then the service came back and hissed at us as to why we only gave a 1 star rating. We explained that we didn't do this specifically. He didn't want to believe us and left. If you can't handle a bad review, then you shouldn't ask customers to leave an honest review.

I'm really sorry. After trying again I really have to say it didn't get better but worse, the burgers are sometimes cold or lukewarm, they all taste the same and are massively sloppy. The restaurant isn't really clean even when there's not much going on. Sorry, really the worst Burger King, not to be compared with Herisau, this one is 500% better

Ordering takes far too long. Cheeseburger without cheese? If bacon is ordered, there won't be any in the burger. Half was missing, only after checking it was added and then the wrong one. Nothing corresponds to the order, the last time in this store it's just a shame

A disaster from start to finish. The drive-in was closed, but this was only noted on the ordering machine. We then decided to order inside and take the food to go. Unfortunately we waited almost 20 minutes for our “fast food”. As an apology there was a free Redbull - thank you for this nice gesture. Arrived home and then unpacked the disappointment. The Chicken-Kings Supreme Classic stood out because of the lack of fried onions and the leftover lettuce, which should actually end up in the compost. The Swiss Selection Team Rösti had some fries in it instead of Rösti. So it's more like Team Fries? At this point I would have liked information from the staff that the main ingredient is no longer available. The 6 king wings were delicious - unexpectedly spicy. The fact that these are fiery seasoned is only stated in the small print. All in all, the visit was pretty disappointing - especially because we were looking forward to a Burger King dinner again. I only give this “King” one star.

Employees very friendly but the team leader is full of arrogance and unfriendliness. We had a coupon today, but didn't quite understand how it works at Daschbort. Then at the checkout they said everything would work except for us😉. Then It would be reluctantly entered by this team leader. Then we had fries three times and no ketchup, then I asked this unfriendly person if we could still have it, then she threw one in front of me but I wanted two. Then they said yes that would actually cost extra. That's not how you treat customers and the men's toilet looked like a mess. We were always happy but today was a disaster!

The burger was cold - after our complaint, the restaurant shouted loudly... I'm getting fed up - the burger is fresh - they should finally understand that it didn't come from the microwave! They actually brought us the same burger that we had returned - but in a soggy, mashed state (but hot!). My husband finally lost his temper and had the burger returned a second time. We then got a new burger, but with nasty insults from the kitchen area - which were said so loudly that we could hear it all the way to the front of the table where we were seated! All we can say is....below EVERYTHING!!!!! never again, that's enough for the next 20 years

It's a shame you get an expired sauce and are then treated unkindly as soon as you point it out to the employees. When asked to give me more sauce in case one might be writhing in pain the next day, I was turned away and asked to leave the store. Old people wait 20 years to eat

November 2, 2023 Lunch Unfortunately I had to skip my lunch today. 🫤I waited over 3/4 hours for my burger with fries. Due to an alleged system failure, the orders took forever or didn't go out at all. Since I have to attend the next appointment after lunch, I can't just wait any longer... I got the amount from lunch refunded. There were currently around 5-6 staff members on site and it still didn't work. I was just told off that the menu would be coming soon... I won't eat here again.😶🙁

Very bad. Ordered online at 7:51 p.m. and was confirmed but never delivered... then I called and said I'd been waiting for 90 minutes and he just said sorry, we have new drivers. Even though I said on the phone that I wanted to cancel the order, they had the nerve to ring my doorbell at 10:03 p.m. I will never order from you again. Showing up after 2 hours and canceling the order is very weak.

BurgerKing means fast food. Today I was at BK Amriswil again - NEVER again. After waiting 45 minutes (I'm a patient person) I asked how long it would last. The answer was very snippy "we do one order after the other" OK, a total of 6 people who had ordered AFTER received their orders beforehand. Never again BK

The "lady" who took the order at the drive-thru almost screamed into her headset (to add to the unfriendliness). Music could be heard through the intercom in the background, which was also very loud outside the third window - no wonder it screams like that!! Cut someone off while ordering; everything? No wonder the drinks came with ice instead of without ice as originally ordered.
