Deplorable delivery, staff not friendly at all, deadline announced when ordering 35 minutes, 1 hour 15 minutes later still not delivered. They may want to call themselves the kings of Burgers, but I think McDonald's dethrones them by far.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the burgers. The Whopper was cooked perfectly, with juicy meat and fresh vegetables. What made my experience even more memorable was the impeccable service from the manager. She took the time to check if everything was to my liking and even added a little personal touch by recommending their special milkshake. Customer service of this quality is rare and deserves to be highlighted! Cuckoo ! If you recognize me!!! I will come back often! 🤍

The food took a relatively long time to prepare. In addition, the order was incorrect. But the nice lady was very friendly. The food wasn't quite warm but just OK. The quality is not excellent but not bad either. The music was relatively loud but the tables and the location were clean.

9 times out of 10 there is an error on my order. It's complete rubbish. Otherwise it's burger king, never disappointed with the food 👌

Very dirty place, WC in a deplorable state, all the tables were dirty. Very long service, the hamburgers arrived lukewarm despite the waiting time. Unfriendly staff, everything is dirty, although there were not even 5 customers, the staff would not take the initiative to clean the tables at least. This establishment should close.

Unfortunately after several experiences, I must say that I am disappointed... Uncooked bread, forgetting a burger, dark brown and greasy onion rings (inedible), fairly slow service... Update December 2023: I gave it another chance, still a disaster... The fries were missing this time and dry nuggets... The rest of the order was fine, a little better. But to say there was no one there should have been perfect.

The very last! So incompetent, uneducated and completely service oriented. Unbelievable for these delivery prices! Waited over 2 hours for my food. - two burgers, one fries and wings. I'm learning French and I'm very willing. Nevertheless, it should be normal to speak English or German these days. Everyone here should have gone to school: The lady on the phone didn't think it was necessary to listen to me or give me another employee to answer the phone. No - even though I explained my problem several times in French, she simply hung up the phone. Then I called just eat. They then canceled my order after almost 2 hours because here too they were of the opinion that this was absolutely not possible. They said we can accept the food if it still comes. End: after 2 hours the delivery lady was somewhere in Delemont and called me to come down and get my food. (delivery service) I said my order was canceled. That was ignored. My friend went down and looked for the lady. She gave him the food, cold and incomplete. Then she called us again later to come out again and pay for the food in cash. I called just eat again and they sorted it out. She wasn't even allowed to call me after the delivery. It is disgraceful to provide such poor, disrespectful and false service. Not even an apology came. With an invoice of over CHF 70, an apology and a complete delivery would have been the minimum. Luckily, Just eat refunded my money. Burger King wouldn't have lifted a finger to rectify this situation. I was a regular and happy customer. That's changing now. Never again Burger King! There is better competition with better service and employees who at least do their job properly.

Rude staff and the doses are stingy. Too expensive for what it is

Burger King a little dated... a little dirty, crumbs here and there, toilets a little creaky, with pubic hair here and there. Otherwise, in terms of food, it's OK and the salad is very good for a fast food restaurant. The staff is not very active, and shows no signs of activity...at least make sure the tables are clean and the floor is swept the slightest bit.

Really too cold in the room... Every time we opened the door we were freezing... Ate in a jacket and quickly.

The touchscreen for controls is not responsive and intuitive. You already have to worry about pimples. The service is slow and the sandwiches are barely warm. It's not very hot inside. I tried, I saw I won’t come there again…….

The Courrendlin Burger King is located in a shopping complex. We have been four times, always too long a 30 minute wait, always cold, need to review the organization.

The time to do this is to have time to go to Delemont and come back.......

No people at the counter, having to put the receipt and the money at the cash register, the floor is sticky, the first two order terminals do not work, the toilets are a pigsty! For this price and the little work, that's a family of 4 people on the terrace and two people serving! This is truly more than unsatisfactory!

It's a fast food restaurant, the food is good. The big problem is cleanliness. Dirty tables, not cleared, dirty floor,… plus the restaurant was not full, there were 4 tables.

Disaster!!! Order placed at 8:07 p.m., received at 8:57 p.m.!! Overwhelmed staff, no professionalism, they chat quietly while everyone waits, really deplorable for a fast food restaurant!!! As a bonus, the order remained forgotten for almost 10 minutes on the serving pass without anyone noticing!! Last order placed at this location!

I placed an order through the app and came to pick up my order. When I got home I realized that the burger I had ordered (without bacon) had bacon, but I don't eat it. I contacted the restaurant by phone, explained my problem and the response was perfect to my liking. The restaurant replaced my entire order and even delivered to my home for the inconvenience caused. This is an example of after-sales service. I find this King burger really great.

It's been 4 times that I've gone to get takeaway and 3 times when I arrive home I'm missing a few things so very very disappointed I won't go anymore!

You need to rethink the cooking of your chickens because they are always burnt. I don't know who cooks them in the kitchen but try to rethink that and as if that wasn't enough they are also too salty.
