Burger King in Winterthur

The dessert we ordered couldn't be carried out - as the ice cream machine was apparently broken. Unfortunately we waited a long time for dessert without any information about what exactly the problem was. We had to go and ask ourselves where the dessert was. Refund hassle-free.

Today I was here at around 12:30 and I was served by a very nice lady (Mrs. Ramadani). I have to say the service was great and I remember it very positively.

If I have anything to do in Winterthur, I like to come here. Fresh, clean and delicious for over 10 years.

The quality of the food has declined significantly in the last few months. As I was looking forward to my extra bacon in my burger, I realized that it was still completely raw. The bacon in the bacon cheese fries was also still raw. My colleague has now developed severe stomach pain.

I found a clean and welcoming place, the staff was very kind, they welcomed me with a smile and within 2 minutes I was already sitting down to enjoy my sandwich...I will definitely return.

I always eat the same burger at Burger King. Here in Winterthur there was almost no rocket on it, but there was an incredible amount of garlic sauce... It really wasn't tasty anymore! 😐

Not very clean, only 1 employee at the goods issue, no table service like at Md, only large 5dl beer available, 3.3 dl would be better. The expensive Swiss burger was O.K.

I'm a BK fan myself The order wasn't complete when we got there to eat - had to run to the front twice to say that products were missing from both menus. The nuggets tasted like nothing! And we took the remaining 4 cheeseburger burgers with us, 3 of which unfortunately had no cheese.

My burger "Swiss Selection Supreme Spicy" with extra cheese was served to me with cheese from refrigerator temperature. When I asked why the cheese was cold, I was told: "The cheese always comes from the fridge," which seems to me to be a pretty incompetent answer for burgers that are served warm. The waiting time was extremely long. We had ordered takeaway and only later discovered that the order was incomplete. When we contacted by phone, the staff was very unfriendly and behaved disrespectfully by licking the phone. During a second phone call, the employee shouted and verbally insulted me. This branch is one of the worst and I wouldn't recommend it.

Let's be realistic when ordering fast food. It is not like walking into a small pizzeria with a lot of character. Here corporate logos and stuff prevail.But their staff are also doing their best thus for that we give an honest review. Also not all fine dining are at par with their offering so there. The pasta section has not much Clientele, maybe because the display is not that inviting. Burger King has clients anytime of the day.

Good food, but usually not enough staff to take orders at peak times. However, they are always friendly and accommodating. The tables are often crumbly, but there is usually someone cleaning the tables. The decor is characterless, outdated, and in some places worn or cracked. Good enough to stick a burger in your drawer, but you don't stop at this restaurant for the ambience. But that's probably intentional.

The employees don't check ANYTHING when it comes to the Burger King app, really nothing. I had already complained on site and they claimed that they were trained, that was a lie because they really didn't even know what to do with the points they collected on the app. You can No vouchers can be redeemed in the drive, only at the machine and ONLY with a card. What does this statement mean about the card if the vouchers are free. I redeemed both vouchers for nothing and lost them because it takes so much unnecessary effort to not check what you're talking about. Please use Mac Donalds as an example. At least there you can redeem the vouchers in the drive. Another example was taken from us when redeeming the voucher Just half the price even though it's FREE because of the points. I ordered an ice cream with over 1600 points and had to pay half the price EVEN THOUGH it's free!!!

Went to the Burger King in Winterthur (Töss) again today. The employees at the counter were very friendly. But it is also possible to order on the screen, which is super easy and quick. Food was ready very quickly and very good. Very nicely designed restaurant and very clean!

It's nice and not as loud as usual at King, enough parking spaces near the highway, drive inn, staff is nice and clean, hygiene in the toilets too. Outside seating and playground for children. You can order independently and pay at the terminal in a well-organized manner!

Convenient outdoor parking, family/children's room equipped with monitors and digital games. There is also a drive to take away. The only flaw: if you order children's menus from the automatic panels it is not possible to choose water as a drink, but only soft drinks (juices...tea...). We had to ask for the menu at the register so we could add water for my girls 😅

a huge food disaster everything was old and inedible We ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger firstly it was old and secondly it wasn't crispy.. we were looking for a replacement And we got a new one but bread that was still old and bacon. without taste. Chicken nuggets old. And was for children. all together a huge eating disaster

With a few exceptions, always very friendly, bright, good atmosphere, the burgers are just as they are, the salad is extremely good. With the current team the tables are always well cleaned. Keep it up!
