I ordered a chicken burger, the salad was all black inside and the meat didn't look fresh, the fries were all cold. Really disappointed with the food. Moreover, when we go there, the service is always very long.

1 hour to be delivered, even my complaint email went unanswered... Bravo, you are professionals.

Very slow service, the employees seem disorganized in their tasks! We waited 35 minutes for a portion of fries and 3 Sundaes. In addition, the quantities are very light, even when ordering a large menu!

Catastrophic speed of service 20 min wait for 2 menus and when finally the order was given the chilli chesse was missing which after telling it turned out not to be chilli but schiken nuggets so by the time the order was given the order was cold

We came with a group of friends! Nothing to fault the chef in the kitchen, the menu was succulent, the meats well cooked. However, it's a shame not to respect a basic rule of service and to serve the whole table at the same time. Neutral atmosphere. (Which deteriorated over the course of the meal because Vincent, who was celebrating his 39th birthday that evening and who was impatiently waiting for Ronald, was hungry and did not receive his dish...) Superb decoration, tastefully done, special mention for the rocket. Red splashback in the warm toilets.

20 minutes for a brownie... I didn't know that putting frozen food in the microwave took that long... I'll remember for the future, McDonald's is faster!

No coffee possible (according to the manager there is no place to install a machine). Ice cream machine not working. In summer, the air conditioning was not on and according to the manager it was ok! Video games for kids were not in service. The manager turned it on but only with our insistence. 🙃

The burguers are good but the service is too slow and we observe a disorganized team with no desire to work. The staff walks around the restaurant even though there are a lot of orders to process.

Burger King is a good franchise but I think Bulle's must be the worst of the whole franchise! You have to wonder if they purposely miss items at the drive-thru to be profitable! Something is always missing! Today a double whooper! The team has always been terrible, not to mention the unfresh burgers, poorly cooked meat, endless waiting times (it's better to go next door if there are 20 cars than if there are two at the burger king!) I'm not going to list everything otherwise the list of faults would be too long!

I warn that out of the 5 terminals there is only one that works... 1 broken and the 3 others no longer have a ticket. But they don't do anything to fix the situation. Then one of the Burgers was lukewarm and cold. The drinks were hot and not carbonated, the waitress gave us a cup filled with ice cubes, we found out why afterwards... Quite disappointed in Burger King, every time there are things that go wrong. It was our last visit here. Change the situations and we will come back because at the price we pay I think the service and quality should follow!

New order is yet another modification of comments (the others were just as negative) the situation has deteriorated over the past 1 year. The staff is absolutely incompetent. They make mistakes in orders and put someone else's product in the order. The options are not respected. The times are not good for a fast food restaurant, sometimes it takes more than 30 minutes to get your order. If only she were right... Application which is buggy so selecting current promotional offers is impossible, by explaining the problem at checkout, there is nothing we can do! So we go to McDonald's which welcomed us with an app where the promotions were valid and courteous staff, in short thank you McDonald's, bk you will always be below with such service!

Empty restaurant and 30 min wait to get your dish, you might as well go to the McDonald's next door even with the travel time on foot you will be served more quickly
