I went one evening a month ago, a Friday I think, in the drive-thru and ordered a double whopper menu and it was one of my best times that I have eaten in a fast food restaurant, delicious burger, fries and visually almost like in the ads

Waited almost 1 hour to finally be served😡

Never had so many problems with a fast food restaurant in my life. I went there regularly. But for a while the orders have always been wrong or missing, not the right sizes. No straws. And their drive thru terminal which hasn't worked for almost 2 months and they ask people in the car to go and place the order inside (March 15, 2024 - 9 p.m.) so I'm going to the McDonald's. It's becoming a big mess, I've already spoken to the manager Francisco, but it's not moving forward. We really have to do something, it's becoming catastrophic. and also repair your drive thru screen so that we can see if the command is correct.

Endless waiting, having ordered two menus for more than 30 minutes, having to wait while my daughter was at school, we had to leave without the little one being able to eat, a real shame!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the drive on Thursday February 22, 2024 at 10:39 p.m. I ordered a Cheeseburger and an ice cream. I was absolutely alone at the drive-thru and there was no one in the restaurant so no orders to process. I waited 20 minutes in the car before being served. The teammate warned me that the meat was cooking but she mainly went out to smoke a cigarette with her manager. As soon as they returned, that's when I was served even though the Burger had been ready for a long time already. I find it unacceptable to act this way with clients. Burger King is already having trouble establishing itself in Valais, so if you treat customers like this, you won't last long!!! And as that wasn’t enough, they forgot the pickles in my cheeseburger, photo to support… Oh and I forgot, there are often problems with CB machines, remedy the problem once and for all.

I placed an order on just eat at 7:20 p.m. and received the order at 9:10 p.m.! impossible to eat the food is frozen, the delivery girl couldn't find the address and didn't bother to call.

Coke zero taste, the mixture of Coke syrup and water is very poorly done. Forgot the sauce in one burger and forget the bacon and onions in the other. For a while it was going well and now it's disaster again...

Came out of spite... THIRTY minutes of waiting while the restaurant is almost fast. No apology from staff.

1st catastrophic experience, placing a take-out order and after more than 20 minutes of waiting I go to the cash register and I am told that the order has been forgotten. 2nd experience, I take a simple menu on site, this time I wait 30 minutes for FAST food, waiters running everywhere, and an ice cream to make up for it. The entire organization or team needs to be reviewed.

Better than the competing yellow M brand also present in Martigny. Good quality chicken, fries that hold up well, the King menu is a good big portion for a grown man. On the other hand, for pity's sake, the French mistakes... "No ice cubes" on the terminal, "Total" instead of total on the ticket... Has the level of French really fallen that low? Have this corrected by a free AI, it will always be better!

I ordered at the Drive at 7:52 p.m. and left the Drive at 8:14 p.m. Almost 25 minutes waiting in the car is way too long for a so-called fast food restaurant. Moreover, to make up for the delay, they give us coupons but do you think we will come back knowing that we have to wait almost 30 minutes in the car? No thanks. Usually I say nothing with all the delay because it's not the first time by far but now I might as well go across the street to a fast food restaurant that serves in less than 10 minutes.

What a joke this Burger King is! Waiting for over 20 while there really weren't many people in the "restaurant". When they bring the order they offer sauce for the wait because there was a machine problem. - a gruyere burger WITHOUT gruyere. When we ask for it they say there is gruyere but put 2 pieces of cold “cheese” back in and in any case not gruyere - the fries are completely cold and tasteless During our time there, people (on site or taken away) arrived one after the other to complain about the orders. A real disaster. Close whenever you want (p.s: the sooner the better :))

Discovering the local Burger King for the first time. I liked the burger, it was good and so was the staff. It was a good experience :)
