Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I went with my vegetarian husband, we paid for some snacks and a side dish for him (cheese balls). When we got home we saw that the balls were missing. I was sad because I paid for the product and didn't eat it. Always keep an eye on your order bags.

Not always good food. A few cold fries and cheese... 1,000 euros too... It's better to go out to eat in Germany

It was almost empty but cozy and clean.

Wanted to try the new Rösti Appenzeller and Mushroom Le Gruyere. Unfortunately, the meat in both burgers was not cooked through and was red inside. Strangely, the patty felt hot enough when I reheated the burgers in the air fryer. At 2 a.m. I woke up with a stomach ache and felt like my stomach was about to explode. And had to vomit...

After years of abstinence from burgers, I've been to BK Schlieren three times in the last month, including yesterday, and have always had good experiences. I can also deal with a long wait. But yesterday there was such an unfriendly and arrogant woman at the microphone in the drive-in that I now have to write this negative review here. After a hard week, I was really looking forward to the BK meal, but this nonsense took away my joy completely, so I left BK without food. I ordered a menu and the drink I wanted was a vanilla milkshake with Oreo. Her answer was: "we don't do that here!", to which I said "well, that's how I got it last time" and she in turn replied "but definitely not here!" and then I said again “yes, right here” and she said “we won’t do that!”. Is it still possible to talk to paying customers like that?! She could have either explained to me properly that it wasn't possible or simply charged me 50 centimes more, because that's exactly the price difference between a normal and Oreo milkshake. If you're that into it, you don't need to work somewhere where you have customer contact!

I ordered 4 sandwiches. Only 2 came I ordered a sandwich without pork again. It came with pork again I ordered again and it happened again. 2 are missing I spoke to him on the phone He says talk to the Uber My question is who serves the food?

Under no circumstances order via your own website! I ordered on Friday evening at 9 p.m., food arrived on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. after being told the evening before gte this will be cancelled. Today the woman on the phone tells me that a cancellation is not possible. In addition, it wasn't even delivered correctly - 2x cola instead of milkshake and ice tea and no onion rings either.

I wanted to order at the checkout, the employee took me to the self-service area because he was probably too lazy to take an order. I basically find it an absolute disgrace. He wasn't friendly, he was actually annoyed that he had to do that. Service performance poor. The burgers definitely don't look like they do in the pictures, the BigKing was also bigger. Fries are delicious. The burger had no taste whatsoever. Small and didn't look appetizing at all. There are definitely better burger shops that offer more value for money than Burger King. Conclusion, if you're still hungry after midnight, it's just okay. Everything else not recommended.

Small Burger King on the ground floor of the shopping center with a drive-in. The burger didn't taste particularly good. The waiting times were long. The few staff are overwhelmed when many orders come. Delivery will be prioritized as it stands.

The order from 7 people overloaded the entire BK staff Our order was missing 2 cola's, 1 ice tea, 3 French fries and 2 crispy chicken. But we paid 130CHF for a bad service thank you very much 😠

I ordered this evening at Schliren's burger king and I was very pissed off!! I ordered 38 CHF and all the other food that cost 18 CHF was delivered. I tried to contact Uber but they couldn't help me. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Really bad service, not able to speak English even to call the numbers. Order forgotten and looks disorganised. The food was good as always

The "Swiss selection" burgers are, at least at this franchise, as close as a chain burger gets to a real one. The "Classic" tomato and rucola are fresh, caramelized onions and honey-mustard-garlic sauce are tasty, bun and patty are fine, and gruyere is the only right cheese. I don't usually frequent burger chains, I wouldn't eat the other burgers at BK, nor any of the mass competitors', and would avoid BK in many other countries - but if you're short of time and can stomach the swiss price (16€), the swiss selection burgers are quite good.

Fast food reinvented. While I was waiting, I did my weekly shopping, wrote a book and made world peace possible.

Had to cancel order because it took 2 hours

I ordered 2 desserts to take away. Upon delivery I asked if it was possible to put them in a bag and he replied that they didn't have one. First of all I ask myself: if I order with Just Eat will they deliver them to me like this? I do not think so! Growing up, Burger King was one of the best burgers one could have and I find myself constantly chasing that memory. Sadly, that is all it is, a memory. Today's experience is just not up to the standard of burgers that one can expect, even when considering only fast food options. I am rooting for the king to come back and take his throne, but a lot of work needs to be done to get there.

0815 Burger King, but at peak times you have to wait a relatively long time and pick up the food yourself. The competition is much better regulated.

The entrance door is very dangerous to the public. The amateurish incorrect construction means that your fingers can become trapped. My daughter jammed her fingers so badly that we had to go to the doctor as an emergency. She kept the handle on the side. As expected, a message to BK remains unanswered. The staff also just shrugged their shoulders in embarrassment. People don't take you seriously here. This was definitely our last visit to BK.

They make Burget really ugly without gloves

Very bad branch! All employees are unmotivated, unfriendly and almost fall asleep while "working"... You always have to check the order because something is usually missing! There are 3 people in line at the checkout and no one cares! You wait over 20 minutes for a normal menu, which normally takes less than 5 minutes! There weren't many guests in the restaurant itself. But no wonder, since the employees almost fall asleep and it doesn't even occur to them to pull their finger and serve the waiting guests. They prefer to chat with each other and laugh at their own jokes.

Not even worth one star! I have a complaint about my order and it's not the first time the employee has asked me when I asked for his name, that's so unprofessional. Today is my first and last time in this Burger King. Service was very bad, unfriendly, long waiting time with only 3 customers in the store. Employees run away from repeat orders. Stay away from this Burger King!!!!

The first and last time I pick up or order food there. I was at Burger King for about 5 minutes and took food with me. When I got back to the car I had a fine of Fr.60.-. I find it unimaginable that customers could be ripped off like this.

I wanted to eat there and ordered on the tablet and paid at the cash register. After 30 minutes my number was still not there. When I politely asked why my food wasn't there, the shift manager (probably at least he was acting up) started a discussion with the employee at the checkout. My order didn't go into the system because the employee would have had to hand in the receipt manually. After another 20 minutes (I was there for 50 minutes in total) my food arrived and the onion rings were old and completely soggy. I went back to ask what that was about and the arrogant employee started yelling at me. After I said that I wanted my money back he said he would make me new onion rings but that would probably have taken another 20 minutes. I wanted my money back which he didn't want to give me even though I gave the food back. After a long discussion he had to give my money back. This employee should have nothing to do with customers, he was unfriendly, rude, unkempt and very nasty to his female colleagues. I asked the employee for the HQ contact details and he said I had to search for it on Google. This is what paying customers are expected to do. Disgusting!!! I will never order from this branch again.
