I love the BK but the BK is catastrophic, food is miserable, children's menu, no toys for a month. I don't feel any more+ either

Worst Burger King I've ever been to... I ordered a steakhouse burger, unfortunately no cheese, no bacon and no fried onions...Burger and fries cold. I reported it to the staff, one of them only spoke English, he looked in the burger and said "there are onions in it" yes, but no fried onions! He didn't even notice what was missing. He apologized and there was a new burger and new fries, this time everything was right but again everything was cold..

Unfortunately I got cold burgers, when I reported it to the staff it was completely heated in a microwave... I've never burned my tongue on salad! Salad was tubers of 5x5 cm… a shame!

Well, the burger was cold and the cheese in it wasn't melted. The drink I ordered was not in stock. My companion also had a hair in his burger… the tables were all dirty. I won't come by there anymore :-/

Unfortunately, I can't rate this BK positively in such a great location. - Special burgers take longer was what the employee said, so why do you prepare the simple things first? That's illogical, the employee mumbled an apology, but you still had to come up with the idea: "aaa someone ordered two special burgers, let's prepare these first because they're more complicated. - Then the drinks had no carbon dioxide in them, we complained about this, then the BK Volkiland manager came and said bluntly: "Today there is no carbon dioxide." What kind of statement is that?? There's no carbonation today, bad luck?!! Only after pushing for another drink with carbon dioxide in it did he slap one Original Cola Zero on the table for us. 1 drink out of 3. It seems to me as if the most incompetent Burger Kind employees work at this location. One is more incompetent than the other. The food is absolutely bad and we will never eat there again. They could get a really big slice of it at the Konshi right next door.

All the tables are dirty and covered with rubbish, and where the trays are given to you, everything is full so you can't even clear away the rubbish. You don't even want to talk about the kitchen, everything is dirty and really disgusting.

Worst Burger King in the area. As a customer, you can see the chaos in the kitchen from afar. Employees have the shit carved into their faces. Food was very poorly prepared for a Burger King.

Absolutely bad.. the burger was pre-boiled, not grilled, the bread with the bacon burger was soggy.. the fries were cold! That's not how it works, my dears! Maybe you should hire real, well-paid specialist staff instead of “professional staff”. I will also complain to the Volkiland management!

I ate a BBG burger with double chesse here yesterday. It was honestly terrible. My worst burger in Switzerland. Dry and of course no comparison at all to the picture.

None is wearing gloves, they touch everything, having sigarette break and with same hands preparing your burger. blah.

I'm not known for giving someone bad reviews, but this time I'm happy to make an exception. This restaurant would be great in terms of location, but these existing employees are an absolute disgrace! Today we deliberately ignored my son and I until we went to the kepab/pizzaresti right next door (by the way, it was super friendly and delicious, absolutely recommended!). I think the employees were more than happy with this, as more than just a mischievous smile and off to a well-deserved smoke break! It's crazy that this still exists today and we're totally aware of it. If my son hadn't been there, I would have confronted these people. No desire to work, just miserable! As the manager of this store, I would act immediately.

The burgers are well made, you can taste that too. Gladly again.

Incompetent, abusive and very unmotivated staff (Nina). The food was cold and there was no fast food, even though the place was empty. Staff smoke breaks are more important than customer service here. Sad for a Burger King. That was definitely my last visit to this branch. We completed our order at 7:17 p.m. and the almost cold burgers were handed to us at 7:33 p.m. There were almost no guests in the store. When you complain, Nina rudely dismisses you. You can go somewhere else if it doesn't suit you. I wanted to treat myself to an ice cream as a little refreshment, and then the staff said; “We are currently cleaning the machines - it will take about 2 hours.” ehmm, what? Cleaning machines in the middle of the day when they are actually open. You expect that everything can be ordered. Can't this be done before/after opening hours? Oh well ..

I'm actually a BK fan. Unfortunately, I think that the franchisee of this restaurant has no idea about the kitchen or customer service. I am of the opinion that fast food has to be quick because if I have to wait 15 minutes for my food every time even though I was the only one who ordered, I can go straight to an a la carte restaurant. The menu is usually missing a sauce or the lid of the drink to take away wasn't put on correctly so it leaked into the paper bag and the bag fell apart when I was in the parking lot. All the food was gone.

Always the same thing as soon as the other manager isn't there, it's very difficult to eat there, service is bad, hardly any German, unfriendly, very tedious, standards are not adhered to at all, the food comes after 20 minutes, it's questionable who is the boss here! I've probably seen 50 different employees there for almost a year. I don't know if it's because of the employees or simply because of the boss who doesn't know how to deal with his employees, but I know one thing, I'll stop eating there. Cold burger oil looks really black you should change sometimes!

Staff always very friendly. Unfortunately the last few times the burgers were lukewarm. This is also the reason why I haven't bought anything in a while. Otherwise food would be good. Everything looks hygienic too. The only criticism is that the food should be warm/hot.

You stand behind the counter unfriendly, unmotivated and bored. Lackluster service, lack of cash register experience, and the language was barely understandable. After a typo and my amount already paid, I had to wait 15 minutes for him to find his mistake. Foreign music is playing in the background. The employees also speak their own national language. The employee who calls himself manager is a rude, incompetent man who doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. He doesn't think it's necessary to take my order even though he's standing completely useless behind the counter.

Momir was excellent! He was so polite and friendly and he gave wonderful customer service. I couldn't speak German well and I had a question about an order option. He noticed I was English and made it easier for me to understand by explaining in English. The service was quick and the food was tasty.

Staff completely unprofessional. Touch the burger, then check your private cell phone and touch the burger again. The meat was cold and looked incredibly unappetizing. Both employees didn't even wash their hands while touching 10 different types of food. Fries completely soaked in oil and overly salty.

I just did a big order and they got it all messed up!! The wrong burgers , the wrong fries , not all the burgers , not all the drinks , all the food was cold and old and plus one cheese nugget was just half as if someone had a bite of it !! I have never had such a bad experience in my life!! And we tried to call them and nobody is taking the phone ! Burger King you failed big! 👎🏼

Yesterday at 5:02 p.m. we ordered food for delivery. According to tracking, it should be delivered within 35 minutes. Now, 18 hours later (!!) the amount on the credit card is still blocked and we are still waiting for the food 😂 🤷🏽‍♀️ I couldn't reach anyone by phone and I haven't received a response to my email yet. There is definitely no question of service here!!

I ordered a “Planted-Based” menu in size large. The saleswoman asked again because she didn't understand. She also had a sign that said "I'm new." After she typed the order into the terminal, I finally paid. Then when I checked the receipt it said I had ordered a "meat" wooper. I pointed this out to the saleswoman and she finally told the chef. She then asked if I wanted a medium or large drink. I paid for Large so I told her Large. I'm an understanding person, but then the horror came. The “Planted-Based” burger was cold! Burnt on the outside and cold on the inside! And the fries were also lukewarm to cold and not fresh at all! I paid 17.90 for that? Really now? No recommendation from me.

Very good experience with the new team. And good to know, Burger King Volkiland is also open on Sundays. The children love the terrace with the playground.
