Every now and then at the drive in, for example, cillycheasnuggets are fried twice. Other things will also be refreshed at the normal price. Well, you can easily afford to sell your customers as stupid and stupid.

Was at this location tonight at the Burger King Drive In. The employee was rude and barely knew how to use the BK app. Instead, she raised her tone and appeared annoyed. Last but not least, she didn't give me my order completely! That's a no-go for such a Fastfoot chain, especially since it's not cheap! Please train your staff better!

It's 2024 and there are still no vegan burgers, even though they have a "green/plants" line. When I asked whether the Veggi Burger could be made vegan, the employee said it wasn't possible. But she couldn't tell me what ingredients were in the burger/patty to find out how to make the burger vegan. So not helpful and very disappointing. Unfortunately, the slogan “have it your way” doesn’t apply.

Unfortunately we did not receive any fresh goods. For example, rubbery onion rings and a bun that is way too soft

Standard Burger King with appropriate infrastructure. There is a gas station and charging stations for electric vehicles in front of the door. Convenient for a short stop!

There is no play space for smaller children. Otherwise it's good.

Staff very nice. Burgers were very good, fries were fresh and crispy but the chicken nuggets are really not recommended. It tastes like cardboard and I'm not exaggerating.

BIG CLUB OF HAIR IN MY FRIES. As a consolation, vanilla ice cream instead of new fries. Every time something is forgotten, staff is incompetent! I feel nauseous after every visit. Frying oil and food out of date. The only good ones are the Coop gas station and the car wash with the car meets in the evening

Standard fast food Burger King near the Rothrist motorway exit. It's open until 2 a.m. on Fridays, so it's worth a stop every now and then for a Whopper🍔. There are enough seats on the upper floor.

Every time something is forgotten. The staff is not even able to give the receipt!!!! To the management if you save on staff you won't get any quality, for trained management this calculation is very simple...

What do you use coupons (discounts) for and are then not valid at almost any BK. You either do it right or don't do it. At Mc Donalds the coupons are valid at every Mc, no matter whether Zurich or Basel or whatever and you have a long list of where they are not valid. Then it's better not to use coupons instead of making a joke like that. Better McDonald's than BK!!

BK’s food still haunts me to this day. It just has no taste and is too greasy. Never again.

The Frappé I got had no flavor at all. I ordered banana flavor and it tasted like nothing

One of the worst Burger King in the region. The fries are sometimes rubbery or mushy. The burgers cold. The staff is unfriendly. At the drive-in, the order must be checked because things have been missing several times. The entrance to the drive-in is very short so that the cars sometimes form a column all the way to the main road and obstruct traffic. Long waiting times, the main thing is that you pay, that's the most important thing here.

Had a burger, had a burnt taste, the meat the cheese didn't melt, asked for a fresh one and it was exactly the same😦 Quality was that Sunday👎Couple hours. I'll eat this meat🙃 I'd rather avoid it in the future, sorry🤷‍♀️

The service in the drive-in was good but the branch manager who joined had no idea. Rude and just totally incompetent!!! The best thing about the meal was that I actually got some. Otherwise about the food: Salad looked inedible and it wasn't a hit either! It's a shame for the very high prices!

Food good as in almost every BK. However, the constant lack of toys in the kids menu is really annoying. Of course this can happen from time to time, but if the toy is sold out 9 out of 10 times, you have to wonder what's going on. I have nothing against the books, they are great alternatives, but they have never changed for about two years, so we now have the same book twice or three times.

Drive-Through: Got the wrong product for the second time. For allergy reasons, nothing to eat apart from fries...

Normal BK. It used to be a bit slow and uncontrolled. But it has improved a lot. Today the usual BK service. It also offers a beautiful view of the fortress in Aarburg on the upper floor.

Quality has declined. There are better Burger Kings. A pity.

The food is good. The only thing the waiter cares about is that you pay. It doesn't matter to them whether you have to wait an hour. I had to complain several times until they at least gave me the fries.

Good Burger King, Very well located, there are plenty of parking spaces. We stopped in on our trip to Milan. The service was quick and pleasant. The meal was hot Very good fast food

Reprehensible, unethical and just plain disappointing. I ordered a veggie burger but got a meat patty... Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home when I took a bite. At first I tried to convince myself that the patty only tasted deceptively meat-like, but when I bit into a piece of gristle, I realized that my sense of taste had not deceived me. That doesn't work at all! I avoid meat for health reasons and find it very disrespectful to deliberately foist meat on someone in the hope that they won't notice.

Two Car Drive In 12 (!) minutes to order. Which came quickly, but nuggets were lukewarm

Ordered 2 burgers. Paid 30 Fr (burger only, NO menu). Even though the burgers were freshly made, they were cold. Both the meat and the roll and the cheese didn't even melt. And at a proud price. Never Burger King again. The staff is also not friendly, you don't seem to be welcome, even though our customers' wages depend on it!!

Dear ladies and gentlemen and various genders. I'll try again with a review since the last one wasn't published at all. My laces are coming undone. Today we got to know the previous customer's Böög on the bench. The ketchup we ordered didn't find its way to us due to the over-motivated staff. The cheese-sealed fries had a better cohesion than the Portuguese and Brazilian national teams. Only meat makes meat said a live anabolic steroid injecting legend.

QR code on the digital cash registers does not work and the staff is overwhelmed with it. I call it progress through lagging behind.

Wow, the music was turned up high, I mistook it for a disco. The employees probably like loud music. The employees are motivated right now, they can't even show a tiny smile. Otherwise the meal was of the usual quality.

Didn't expect anything else. But not as bad as the one in Kirchberg. I had 4 years to get used to the service and the waiting times. Still annoying. Don't know it like that. At first I was amazed that the stores were holding up like this. Seems standard here. Not a big difference from McDonald's. This used to be called fast food. Make sense of this invention quickly....

Furnished a bit cold - but otherwise ok.

The food was good, but I thought it was a disgrace when it came to the drink - you ordered a menu with a 0.5 liter cup for a whopping 17.90 CHF!! The cup is filled with only 0.3L!! That's not possible, I mean the employees would rather earn 5000 CHF instead of 3000 CHF... Well, that was my last visit.

Just sad you pay so expensive for spicy CHS BITES but they are never freshly made. Would the employees make the things fresher 👍🏻

Fast food but eat well. Fast service, good access to the motorway

Not much going on, although I popped in spontaneously for a burger at 5:30 p.m. during the week. As always, the burger selection is great, McDonald's can simply fall short. Beef burgers alone around 20 different ones. As always, the taste varies, but I think they're tastier grilled than fried.

The Burger King is normal and cozy. The staff are generally friendly and it is rarely crowded. Negative: the parking spaces are not marked anywhere and are not defined. Even the Burgerking staff themselves can't tell you where you can park. So you inevitably have to park in the no-parking area. For a restaurant located at the motorway exit, this is a disgrace. The restaurant itself isn't really advertised either. I know a lot of people who drive past there every day and then at some point say "what's a Burger King there?" Invitational marketing definitely works differently.

The employees at the checkout were very courteous and focused. The order was complete the first time and the quality was right.
