Chicken burgers were very tasty. Fries are still really hot so they're very good. Ambience and service could be better, but I would come again. We were there after 1:00 p.m., so the restaurant was pleasantly quiet.

The food was soooo good, we ate the vegan plant "chicken" burger with fries, simply 10/10, the service was super nice and accommodating. The prices are absolutely justified. Definitely coming back! :)

Ordered from Uber. Delivery time 40-55. After 60 minutes the order had not yet been sent. After calling the restaurant, Anna said the food was already there and was already cold. I should cancel the order online; I won't be charged anything. No sooner said than done - I was charged CHF 72.50 (instead of 85) for NOTHING! Incredible.

My gluten-free burger was good and my fries were fresh and crispy. Best part? They are open late! Gluten-free friendly.

After my piercing I needed something to eat. The Burgermeister was nearby and we stopped by there too. The service was good and friendly. We paid around 53 chf for two burgers and fries with drinks and the food was delicious and fresh. What was disappointing was the ambience and the small garden, which we didn't find very comfortable, but we got the best out of it But I think we will come back and would recommend it for the country road.

Depending on what you want, you either land in this burger joint or in another Burgermeister. But it will be Burgermeister if you want a juicy burger in Z-town. First, order a regular Cheeseburger, sit back, and enjoy truffle fries as the world’s most delicious side. Later, you may continue with a dessert, but I strongly advise not to flush any burger taste experience with sweets! Keep up in the gym so that you can frequently hit this spot!

Went here to eat/take away at 21.. and they just told its closed! Uneacceptable service! Change the working hours if you want to close it around 1h earlier!

nice restaurant but way too expensive for what you get. The burger looked scrumptious and the cheese was ice cold, with an additional charge of 2fr for the cheese.

Burger was a little raw and patties could be a little bigger at that pricepoint. Fries were pretty good though! Service and location on the other hand were very pleasant.

The Langstrassen Burger is one of the best burgers in Zurich! 2 patties, great sauce, juicy (be careful when eating), delicious! Also the fries with sweet potatoes - a great tip! I tried all the branches, the quality is good everywhere, today I got something again at Limmatplatz 😃

Excellent staff. Multiple experiences after visiting nearby boardgame cafes and Langstrasse. The staff have always been kind and friendly and actively inform you about vegetarian options which are not that common for a burger joint. The Tofu burger and grilled chicken burger are staples and are passably good. The main dish to try are the sweet potato fries with sour cream. Absolutely delicious. I go for the fries and kind staff.

The Burgermeister Burger is well known. This branch is a small, rustic location and the service was notable today during a Saturday lunchtime shift. Well attended, the lady took care of the preparation of the burgers and was also the waitress at the front. She did both tiptop and to our complete satisfaction. The burgers were very good!

Well located and fine, inexpensive burgers. The location itself is rather dark and when I was there the tables were sticky. Another big plus is the location of the Burgermeister and the fine meat alternatives

Go for the chilly-cheese burger with fries

Food was OK-ish... definitely nothing more. Locally quite run down, staff friendly.

This is an outlier of the otherwise fantastic Burgermeister chain. The burgers we ordered online from this place never tasted as good as from Escher-Wyss or from Kasernenstrasse. Today I know why: we walked in and the restaurant had an unpleasant smell and and didn’t look very clean. Avoid this one, but do check out the other locations as they have the best burger in town.

These really are the absolute best burgers around, absolutely amazing! BUT the waiting times are really A SCANDAL. Yesterday we waited 45 minutes for our order (lunch break: 1 hour)... As long as the service is extremely slow, I won't go there anymore.

The service was very friendly. The place isn't too crowded. You got your own drinks from the fridge. The chicken wings were good.

The new lady who works there is absolutely rude, is constantly on the phone and just wants to go back to the other store. Since she's been working we haven't been there anymore, otherwise we were there at least 3 times a week.

Really good burger & fries. I can’t believe the prices are almost same as Burger King down the street. It’s x20 better.. The ambiance is nice too. And they have a very friendly staff. Happy to discover this gem in My Zurich trip :)

Great burger, at normal prices!!

Buttermilk chicken burger was very overdone (this seems to be true of all locations). Interior smelled of frying oil. Pakoras on the salad were way overdone too.

Great food, unfortunately very slow service who spent 15 minutes looking for an item at the checkout and then waited another 25 minutes for the food. But the food was really great hence the 4 stars :)

The food was good but the service didn't correspond with it. The waitress wasn't professional and even slightly rude, we had several problems and didn't get a good response back. Among others, we got served the wrong drinks and 10CHF overcharged and nothing was really solved.

The first Burgerneister was on Langstrasse and it was very good 5 stars. But that has gotten worse with every store you open, I've been in all of them.

Compared to the other branches, a different design, taste and service was fortunately adopted. I received a fine cheeseburger with fries, especially fresh fries.. Keep it up, Burgermeister
