Very cozy Swiss country pub. Very friendly service. You feel good after a short time. We really enjoyed the food, fondue house mix. Price for three people including drinks and dessert under 100 francs is very reasonable. Attention: Payment only possible in cash. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

I have to say it's been a very clean restaurant for years and no matter what you eat it's just a dream. We enjoyed our wedding anniversary on Sunday November 19th. We had Cordon Bleu which you can eat anywhere!!!!! However, with Willi it was simply indescribably different and better. Regardless of whether it's cheese or meat fondue, it's simply very, very tasty and the innkeepers don't put up with anything. We guarantee that no one will go home hungry. Yes, dear Willi, we would love to come back ............please keep it up for many more years. Thank you, greetings Markus Buri

Not exactly on the way but still worth the journey. We felt like having fondue without leaving ZH Oberland and found the Buurestube. Excellent fondue and they made a special menu for our daughter. When I discovered when paying that only cash was taken and I couldn't pay the entire amount, the landlord (Willi) accommodated me without any fuss. Really an all around great experience. Of course I will still pay my debt. A matter of honor!

The name does what it promises. Traditional country restaurant with corresponding charm. We'd love to come back, maybe for more than one beer, the coupes looked very good.
