Super refreshment bar remains very expensive 4 CHF for a 330 ml drink, 2.50 CHF for a packet of 30 gram chips and 2 CHF for a drop of syrup with water I find it expensive otherwise on the positive side it is well placed There are games for children and a football and basketball field right next door + a skate park, the refreshment bar is open every day and 24/24 parking (Louis-Bertrand) next door.

terrible welcome...barely arrived for dinner, we were refused entry...

The person serving the drinks was extremely rude. She made a mistake in the order, we kindly let her know and apologized, but she did not want to change the order. So we insisted politely because it’s not normal, but she still refused. We will never go back there.

Very friendly couple holding the refreshment bar. We feel at home. Snack options, syrups and ice creams and daily specials always excellent. Next to the misters in summer which delight children. Games for children and basketball/football court.

The refreshment bar at Parc Bertrand au petit Lancy is a place full of friendly human warmth. The couple who run this bar take great care of their customers. The food is healthy and excellent I like to go in the morning to drink coffee and chat with Mariana and Lino who are wonderful people. Thanks to both of them for listening And their availability. We love the refreshment bar. The food is excellent value for money. The location can't be beat if you have kids who want to play in the park while the meal is ready. They are open on Saturday and Sunday, which makes our weekends more pleasant. The owners also speak Spanish, so we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

We came this afternoon as a family, good weather and a desire for a terrace, the refreshment bar at Parc Louis-Bertrand was on our way, a very young teenage waitress took our order, the table was very dirty and it remained that way until our request to clean it even though the ordered drinks were served. As soon as we arrived we ordered 2 hot dishes which we never received, after an hour and a half of waiting I went to ask the young waitress what it was, who didn't know what I was talking about... In the end it was 3 p.m. and our children still hadn't eaten anything, icing on the cake, I had to pay the bill without any commercial gesture.

Very pleasant evening, I had the beef tartare and I enjoyed it!

Compared to last year, I am very disappointed. Stingy manager. I asked for a napkin for my daughter because she was eating ice cream and they told me: no because it is expensive and if I give too many I would have to increase the prices. The 3 times I went there this year, 3 times poorly served and unpleasant. On the other hand, very pleasant with large tables or people who are used to the place. When you run a business, you do it with everyone. The people who were with me don't want to go back. Too bad because the site is magnificent. In short, I'll go somewhere else... The reviews surprised me but they are actually 2 years old.

I had heard about the place from a colleague: a fabulous locations to stay, great staff and very nice meals, everything true. I have to suggest to all families, business, singols and friends. 👶🏻, After a little meal with friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👶🏻, having paid the bill of 358.60, we were charged 4.- for two carafes of water. Little explanation with the manager of the Buvette, Madame very unpleasant is super full of herself did not want to discuss he behaved really badly towards everyone and the children. I find it unacceptable that after a bill of 300 Fr. to have to pay 4.- for tap water. I have been drinking water in Geneva for over 52 years and I have never paid for a carafe anywhere in Geneva. Do your experience if you want, but I don't recommend this place to everyone.
