What should be highlighted is the highly committed management by the two Maurer sisters and the excellent and friendly service from all employees, although I would like to personally mention Gloria, Celeste and Alex. The opening hours with 364 days from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. are also very practical and remarkable. It is challenging to manage and operate a restaurant with this wide range and very diverse guests at this level at such a location, but the whole team does this excellently here with a lot of passion and social sensitivity. Unique in Biel in this respect. Bravo
