... Morning shortly after six o'clock before driving to work, a quick stop for coffee and corn croissants.. hhmmm friendly... A bit hectic because the delivery of the fresh and expected goods was delayed... But not quiet and a few kind words tired dear service so issuing the internet code for WiFi... I'm going again it's worth leaving the bed and springs early... ☕🥐 The delivery of the pretzel croissants etc. was lost today... the alternative butter croissants were taken over at the expense of the house - great business interest... Thank you, great start to the day.. It's always a pleasure to enjoy a lye peak and café in the Voland early in the morning and to have a chat with the saleswoman there... Laugh, even if the taste of the coffee this time left a lot to be desired, the café was only guessed at. .. Once again we met at 6 a.m. with great anticipation in Volland for morning coffee on October 16th, 2023... A new face greeted us behind the counter and looked back... But not as usual, we were asked what we wanted and served in a friendly manner in the back We sat down in the seating area and the lady showed no interest or interest in our presence... We were a bit dismayed... A somewhat stressed voice, also loud and jagged, told us in standard German that it was customary to order coffee at the checkout and to take this with you this is how it is handled in the Volland bakeries... this information is flat, since this has never been the case before, and there was no cafe, the café machine broke down... A bit of a storm of many impressions, following up on the process once again So I confirm this, including information in the other branches, that she is the only one doing this and that it doesn't work that way from another branch... My feedback that we don't know it like that and the way she tells us this so sharply and loudly also alienates the German expressions Effect of the good too much on Monday morning... It's a shame, let's change to another café - -- tip: it would be nice to have a briefing for the employees in advance or to offer the same services everywhere if employees are swapped between the branches!!

As regular visitors, we not only enjoy the good coffee and the large selection of tea, but also always have a quick chat with the very nice and hospitable branch manager. Thanks Patrick, we'll always be happy to come back, Alex

+ Shop is nicely decorated + Products are all very fine - Chocolate rolls are usually all sold out after 8 a.m.! - Croissants are not always the same size, always very small and simply too much burnt for 1.60/crop! - Staff (meaning two ladies) very arrogant and unfriendly service!

Loving staff as well as attentive and humorous. Then... grain bread sandwich, chia seed plait, salad, vermicell dessert, Swedish slices excellent & delicious. Latte macchiatto prima & as well as the cappuccino. Highly Recommended. I'd love to come back 👍

In my opinion, the quality of the croissants is borderline and very inconsistent. The corn croissants, for example, are very different in size and some of them are burnt. For 1.60CHF it's actually a disgrace.

So I was pleasantly surprised at Voland, the croissants were excellent and the sandwich also exceeded my expectations. Was here shortly before 8:00 on Sunday morning and was served quickly.

We each really liked the Baumerfladen and therefore ordered two pieces online at baumerfladen.ch. Unfortunately only one was delivered, the second arrived a day late after I asked (and was repeatedly told that I had paid for two). Unfortunately, the delivery wasn't the only disappointing thing. Both Baumerfladen were extremely dry and rock hard. The "gifted" work colleagues were just as disappointed as I was and the assumption is that the Baumerfladen were not exactly fresh but had already been standing around for several days.¨ Unfortunately, for just over 70 francs, it's just disappointing; every local pastry shop can do better, no matter how much the "original" is advertised.

Nut croissants and baked goods no special good quality, partly dry and staff nice but have a bit of trouble listening to what you order, been there twice and given the wrong thing twice the price performance is the malnourished nut croissants about the same as Schnörr among the employees, not worth a trip to Feraltorf .
