Friday the 10th in the evening I ate in this restaurant with a magnificent setting. Reception and service good, I ordered a cordon bleu and although the fries and vegetables were hot, the cordon bleu I received lukewarm, too bad

What a find! Went for a stroll through the vineyards and nipped here for lunch. Had the plat du jour which was superb and a couple of glasses of local wine. Loads of atmosphere in the main dining room and friendly staff. Will be back (just wish it was open weekends)

It used to be famous for its lunch buffet - the best value meal for hungry workers in the area. Management changed, a few years before COVID and they refined the place a bit, keeping most of its spirit but not the lunch buffet. No need to be nostalgic though, this is a better place now, with an excellent kitchen sending out a compact menu with classic fares and some more playful dishes. In the summer, it's great to sit on the terrace, set just in the center of quaint Bardonnex. Share some malakoffs to startup the meal, then get yourself a nice cut of beef or a cordon bleu. You will not regret it. And leave some room for dessert.

A charming place in the Geneva countryside, calm and bucolic, where you eat very well for a very reasonable price. Well done to them!

I didn't eat there but just had a drink on the terrace, the atmosphere is very pleasant and this small village, naturally shaded in the old-fashioned way by the vegetation, is calming.

While this place is marketed as a coffee shop, it is really a bar / cafe that also sells excellent coffee. We came here to take a coffee and a sweet cake after our long walk, but this cafe has only a great coffee but it does not sells any cakes. The service was friendly and fast.

The colorful chandeliers under the covered terrace are stunning but are actually part of the unique setting around us. The staff is uniquely kind, caring, even in the middle of a gunshot. Always with a smiling word for customers. As for the dishes and suggestions, they are simply extraordinarily delicious. Let yourself be carried away by a cheese fondue with a light texture and excellent flavor. Between malakoffs, beef or salmon tartare, various burgers, fresh dough, and so on, everyone will find what they are looking for. Last night we opted for a starter of pumpkin velouté, goat cheese, roasted seeds and a delicious truffled poultry press and seasonal vegetable pikeles. As a dish, a beef cheek parmentier, also flavored with truffle, and a lamb shank and fresh vegetables. Everything was uniquely good. The only regret is that there is no more room for their desserts, including pineapple soup. But we will also come back for them. Very pleasant and friendly setting for a coffee during the day or an aperitif. Shaded terrace overlooking the small main road of Bardonnex, rather quiet. Very friendly welcome and service in a quiet village atmosphere. I haven't had a meal there yet but I'm glad I did.
