Great café and pastry shop, incredibly good patisserie, cheap and good lunches, when the weather is nice, Martinsplatz is a garden restaurant, beautiful. Unfortunately you can't park at the café, the old town is traffic-free, but there is plenty of space in the Arcas car park, it's only three minutes from the car park to the café. Café is right across from St. Martin's Church, which has the largest church tower. Then take a walk through the old town, the winding streets, or you can also go to the courtyard where the bishop's seat is. Chur has a lot to offer in the old town. Wish everyone a nice stay, enjoy yourself, there are still many good restaurants in Chur where you can eat great food. Rosenhügel, Ottelo, Franciscan, Falken, etc.

Not suitable for working. WiFi is very weak and constantly fails. Tea for 4CHF was also in the upper segment, considering it was just a normal tea bag.

The almond peak was a bit old - really wasn't good! On top of that, you have to pay even more if you pay cashless.

Absolutely unfriendly staff! I wanted a latte macchiato, the blonde, older lady with a Slavic accent replied rudely, we didn't have it! Then I bought a cappuccino and wanted to know what the saleswomen had sold me the last time I ordered a macchiato. Probably just cappuccino, was the snippy answer. I won't go there again until there are friendly staff! But I'm glad I'm not the only one here who finds this unacceptable!!

Unfortunately, the ambience is not really there and some things need to be renovated. The toilets are often not clean and the tables often stick... Unfortunately, the staff is often very stressed, which leads to longer waiting times. The staff really tries hard to be friendly, but in my opinion they save money in the wrong places and there are always too few staff on site.

We found Chur to be a strange town anyway. Trying to find somewhere that was open for a light lunch was hard. Found this place and brought rolls. Mine was nice but my husband had curry chicken roll and the chicken was tough. Order drinks separately from a different lady once you sit with your food. It was OK, we were hungry.

I wanted to buy something shortly before the end of the day and the rolls that I wanted to take were thrown away in front of me. Afterwards they say there is nothing left. Real food waste, but no wonder given the staff employed there. I definitely won't leave any more raps there.

Waited almost 1 hour for 2 ice creams and 2 panini! At the table next to us, a guest also waited almost an hour for his mushroom risotto. The waitress clearly showed how stressed she is. Then said, yes, then I'll order a cappuccino and drink the coffee that's included in the breakfast too... the employee said the boss would get angry if she had a cappuccino makes for tomorrow. I told her that I would pay for it and that it would certainly be possible somehow, otherwise, as I said, I would drink the coffee and the separate cappuccino. How about putting the morning without a drink on the menu and then simply listing the drink separately, then the staff and customers wouldn't get annoyed and the boss would be happy... it's ridiculous for us to open an office like that just because of 1dl of milk, which would also be paid! Crisponi and dark bread were good, unfortunately the roll was just airy with no taste. Gonfi is delivered in the 0815 alu büxli... nothing special, just particularly complicated when it comes to ordering.

Unfortunately, coffee cream is not recommended at all. Very thin. When asked, they said the coffee was always so thin. But most people would drink it with cream and then it would be fine. Espresso or something similar was not offered. Unfortunately the worst coffee in Chur so far.

The backery/café was one of the only few open on a Sunday morning in Chur altstadt area. Their birchmuesli was good. However, their bread and croissant were tasteless. The bread seems to be sun-dried for a day and the waitress refused to admit the bad quality. Their cappuccino is also far below my expectation for a café.
