We are good customers of Mohn and are very satisfied with the friendly staff. We are also pleased about the good selection of very fine products.

With the intention of doing good and saving valuable food from waste, I booked and paid for a package through too good to go. I neither received the goods nor received the money back, although I was able to show the order ID. At the Mohn Bakery, the idea of ​​profit clearly takes precedence over the idea of ​​being able to save food, and that became clear. In addition, the lady was incredibly rude and rude to me. As a too good to go customer, you are a second class customer. I am horrified and very disappointed. Therefore, this bakery will be absolutely avoided from now on.

Very tasty things and very friendly. A bit overpriced. The Black Forest cake had a lot of alcohol in it. So really a lot😳 I don't know if it was intentional or if it was a "mistake".

Mohn Güttingen: Except for the gentleman, there is a lack of friendliness in the service(s). On the weekend you often run out of coffee 20-30 minutes before the end. Since the machine has already been cleaned and you cannot/are not allowed to record any overtime. Some of the tables are already closed with cables. The waitress has been asked a few times about the friendliness, but as a guest you won't hear anything other than a whining. If the staff were friendlier, sales could increase over time. To 100% There are 2 stars only because the products are 1A.

Bought bread rolls for the hungry family on the way through. When asked if she could cut them open with a knife, the saleswoman said no: “We only do that in Sulgen.” Aha. Small but nice branch where you are always warmly welcomed and served. I can highly recommend the gold plait and the corn croissants. There is an ATM in the foyer and there are enough parking spaces. The next bus stop is also not far.

The “Mohn” café, inside the Lindencenter (Coop), with around 16 seats inside and 28 outside seats, is state-of-the-art in terms of café construction. In short: a very special café experience in and around Güttingen. Special: outdoor seating, Amici Caffè ─ joy of enjoyment, Güttinger bread. Highly recommend the fresh butter plait for the Saturday/Sunday breakfast. Everything is barrier-free accessible, friendly and helpful staff. A fine coffee, also available to-go. In the month of November, Mohn and other bakeries support the Movember campaign of the Thurgau Cancer League. The Guetzli campaign draws attention to prostate cancer - a type of cancer that is common in men but is often kept silent about. You have to get the patisserie at one station, the coffee and pay The next station is a bit illogical, it doesn't flow smoothly for me. I just hope that there are still sun blinds because otherwise it will definitely be too hot.

There are more important things than serving customers in the store. At some point I got in touch and, oh how nice, he finally hung up. Ordered two sausage cheese salad and a Büürli to take away. The fee was CHF 20.40. For two “mini salads”. “You are in a bakery,” was this gentleman’s ultra-nice answer. We weren't given any napkins or cutlery. Thank you very much, we will never come back!
