Café Neudorf in Cham

Cold service, I feel like I'm bothering you. As soon as I finish my coffee, it is cleared away and I am asked to pay. The only smile is when I leave. It's the world upside down. I'm that unbearable!?! Payment only cash, no cards, no twint.

Feeling good is clearly missing. Service not very friendly. Don't come back.

Just had a snack and coffee. Coffee was okay. Very nice service people. Dog-friendly

The order only partially arrived. Then I received the wrong coupe. Dessert menu shows Mövenpick ice cream, but yellowish vanilla ice cream and frozen nut ice cream arrived. It tasted like the ice cream had been in the fridge for 2 years. There were only 2 scoops without the nut mixture and cookies in the picture. We tried it and left the rest. "Cold coffee" was simply a cold espresso. A cold Latte Machiato was ordered. When the wrong coupe arrived and we complained it was said "just eat and pay 2 scoops instead of 3" The spoon was also dirty. The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. No apology. Finally it was said, “cash only” that could have been the first thing that was said. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfriendly staff. No card payment possible. Got something wrong three times and dirty dishes. I cannot and will not recommend it.

Cafe right on the street, atmosphere and facilities not great, nice service, coffee was very good, but I had to get money from the ATM because they only accept cash and this was in June 2022.

So far everyone is friendly and at peace and no more complaining here, thanks especially to Vera lgr Anny

I don't have to pay by card and have very unfriendly staff in the morning. I left relatively quickly.

Absolutely disgraceful! When I was asked whether I had already made up my mind and answered politely that I was still thinking about it, I was dismissed with a violent eye roll 🙄 and a derogatory "mhmmm" tone, I got up and left!

Good - good coffee, emmer fröschi Gepfeli, tefigi ond fröndlechi Serving - as it should be!

Nice little cafe. Fine coffee at a fair price with very friendly, warm service. The constant going in and out to serve the smokers is a bit annoying.
