A very good idea to combine a gift shop with a restaurant. The atmosphere is attractive and cozy. The opportunity to try out a gin, whiskey or eggnog in the restaurant also speaks for itself. The staff is friendly and always trying hard. Even if we don't live around the corner, it's always a matter of course for us to come by Maria's.

The bistro idea would actually be a good one. However, it is very disappointing that you can get a chamomile tea for 4.30 Fr. with a tea bag from the cheapest tea from Spar Austria where a whole pack of 20 bags costs €1.39. Not even a biscuit or Schöggeli. In my opinion the nut topping was from the day before, the puff pastry was tough. The friendliness of the staff wasn't great either. It's a shame that it's actually a good idea...
