I was finally a guest again after a long time. Clear 5 stars! Still warm staff, delicious and creamy cupcakes, savory bagels and cozy terrace. Another positive point: There is a small corner for children with children's books, a rocking horse, etc. The toilets are clean and the ice cream stand is another plus point in addition to the nice selection of cakes. I'm always happy to be a guest. Please keep it up dear ones. ;)

BRITISH TOURIST - What a beautiful experience. We came for the food, but didn't realise this was a place for people with disabilities to work. It was a wonderful experience, reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend.

Very sweet design cafe that very rare to find in Switzerland. They have Home made ice cream and a variety of good tea. Cakes look and taste nice. The staffs are very friendly. Good coffee. (impressive machine). Outdoor zone with nice mountains view. And .. you are here for a good cause.

The brunch at Zuckerpuppa was very tasty and I couldn't have wished for a better “Geburi Brunch”. Thank you very much for that😊 The young woman who accompanied us through the brunch was very friendly, attentive and it was a pleasure to be able to order from her. In general I found the staff to be great! As tourists from Bern, we also received a good tip for a nice trip. A nice place to sit and have some desert. Had some cupcake and it was delicious. One of the things that I love about it, is that they give people with disability a chance to work and live normally. The only thing I didnt like is that they dont accept Post finance payment. Which made me feel like i am not in Switzerland.

They don't accept payment by card or in euros, but they have delicious hot chocolate

So the café zuckerpuppa is great because it's a real man and a man with a cupboard but that's exactly what I love. People with mental disabilities are more loving and tolerant than the normal people and idiots you meet on the street

Very nice service and really great cupcakes! The ambience is very nice with the beautiful furnishings and the beautiful colorful chairs. The location right next to the World Nature Forum exhibition in Naters is also ideal.
