Business is going well?! A request to repair a 3-year-old coffee machine was not accepted: No machines are repaired by companies that sell their machines on the market below their price. If the purchase price of the coffee machine is over CHF 700.00 and the purchase is from a reliable dealer, this statement cannot be assigned, except that there is only interest in selling a new machine. Conclusion: Not recommended because there is no understanding, no service concept and no need to go the extra mile for the customer.
