The best sushi in Baden!! We have been regular customers at Cai for two years and go there at least once a month (including take-away at Christmas). Ultra-fresh and consistently excellent quality, simply top and very courteous and friendly service. I recommend à la carte to get the most out of the range. From the outside, the restaurant may seem cold and unspectacular - but it is by far the best sushi in the region - and dare I say, even in Zurich. Thanks for the great hospitality!

I went for the 45 CHF all you can eat. The buffet area was very small (i did not even recognize it as such) and almost empty. Reality was not as shown in their social media ads. I do understand that owners want to bring footfall to their business, however I don't think this is the way. I felt scammed, honestly. I ended up eating from the regular menu and have to say that quality-price ratio is not bad. Based on my experience, I will not go back though. At least in the near future.

Small restaurant with quick service. Been there a few times. The sushi tastes good (4 stars). The last time the chef with the rubber cooking gloves repaired the advertising board in front of the restaurant (with a cordless screwdriver, etc.). Changing gloves: none. Briefly under the tap and then back into the rice. I expect top hygiene from restaurants that work with raw fish. That's why (unfortunately) I won't go there anymore.

The food was great, i recommend opening with a miso soup, it's one of the more authentic ones i've had, we had tempura and maki rolls which were great, and very filling. I visited with my pregnant girlfriend and the chef came by to make sure we were informed that she can't have raw fish, which was a nice touch. Warmly recommend!

Although there is always something new being added to the mini buffet rack, I have to say that the sushi was really not good and far too much rice was used. As usual, I imagined All You Can Eat to be different, but the small frame in the narrow corner really didn't look tempting. I will probably come by once more to eat from the menu and hope to get better quality. Unfortunately not for sushi connoisseurs, but if you want to fill your stomach quickly and also like sushi from the supermarket, I can't recommend it. Service was very polite and I gave tips despite the bad food.
