A dog-free sector would be desirable, although the campsite is small, this would be feasible. Free-roaming dogs, even though there are signs, is just a shame.

A bit out of the way, actually very quiet apart from the noise from the nearby airport. To the bus. approx. 1km. Shopping on site is very poor. Otherwise about 5km on foot or by bike.

For months we have been reading that the urgently needed renovation of the sanitary facility is in progress. Unfortunately just words, still no actions. If nothing changes, we visited this place for the last time last week. Even the Fr. 30 ACSI price is still too much.

Overall, decent CP. Not far from Locarno and Bellinzona. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are getting old. Loose fittings, missing tiles in the washing area, broken wall paneling that is in need of repair. Temporary electrical connections. (3 line connections to one fuse). A bit poor for a 4* CP.

Location ok between the highway and the lake, nice service, large parking spaces. Delicious pizza in the restaurant.

Very friendly lady at reception. We could have been told that we needed a different connection for the power box. Friendly neighbor helped us further. We had communicated the dimensions of our mobile home in advance, but our pitch was too small. No practical division of the pitches for us either. The rental houses had an outside tap for water, but where we were, not unless you have a garden hose of +/- 50 meters to fill the water tank. I had taken the first shower cabin and the thermostatic tap was broken, making it very difficult to regulate the temperature. It wasn't cheap for 1 night, so you expect a bit more, which is a shame.

Parts of it were like a shanty town, and a bit run down. And you had to pay extra if you wanted to use the swiming pool. But better than the site further down the road which is NO DOGS allowed.

We are very happy to go there, we always find a place... The swimming pool is not too big but both children and adults have a lot of fun. There is also a restaurant where you can have a good aperitif or dinner

The new bungalows are really beautiful and welcoming. Very nice restaurant, honest prices and good pizzas!

Unfortunately, the journey is more than modest. This space can only be reached from the outside of the airfield with a large trailer, as the bridges and passageways are all limited to 2m wide. Furthermore, dirt roads are designated as roads and unfortunately also run as roads. These can only be used in one lane; with a trailer you quickly end up in a dead end. The place can't do anything about that!!! The place itself is highly recommended, the reception is more than friendly and helpful. Small pool, wash house, small supermarket. Not super modern and chic, but okay and acceptable for us. Gladly again.

Natros we spent 1 week at the Isola de Gudo campsite. Camping well located to visit different parts of Ticino, clean, beautiful place, good views of the vineyards, beautiful pool with views and very good attention and treatment! We've been very busy! We recommend it!

The camping area is situated in a very beautiful valley immersed in the beautiful nature. The sanitary services, the swimming pool and the whole area are very clean with nice atmosphere. Respecting the other campings this one deserves five stars. Compatibility of quality price is perfect. I’m travelling with my family and my son really likes it.

We spent 2 nights at the campsite. Parking space is rather small and no WiFi reception. The showers are getting old, the water didn't drain and you stood in the puddle from the previous one, cleanliness, well. The pool and playground were okay. The area is beautiful and the place is great as a starting point, but we wouldn't come to this place again, it's far from 4 stars, especially when it comes to the sanitary facilities.

Great camping. Sufficient sanitary facilities. Clean. Nice pool. Very good restaurant. The entire staff was very nice. Good location, whether on foot or by bike. The only minus: parking space is rather small.

Big regulations are important! Only the WiFi code contained therein is wrong. The check-in process is so horrible that it's best to leave straight away. Waiting column like before at the ski lift. The employees simply leave their cars running for minutes even when they are standing still. The access to the individual places produces a cloud of dust for every vehicle that settles over everything! The only thing that fits is the price, and that only for the operator!

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Tent spaces are quite close together. Female showers/toilets clean, powerful hot shower, but impossible not to soak the floor.

It's a great place where we have it, friendly staff, mega swimming pool, sanitary facilities a bit outdated.

Very friendly receptionist and speaks French, good size pitches with a little shade, access to the swimming pool without timetable, very clean sanitary facilities, the showers are very good with shower hoses. The price is very reasonable compared to some other overpriced campsites in the area.

Excellent welcome, rare for the Lake Maggiore area. Martino is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived with 3 motorbikes for 3 people and 3 tents, a little scrambling, and we found shoes that fit us perfectly on this campsite. The campsite is ideally located not far from the lake, very quiet. The bathrooms are spotless, there is toilet paper in the toilets! Everything is perfect for us, I highly recommend!

Reasonably large campsite with mobile homes, camper pitches, a swimming pool, playground and a beautiful view. There is a large toilet block that you often have to walk a bit to get to. Not fancy, but functional and clean. Also a good sanitary spot for campers.

Very friendly welcome but poor location of the tourist sites, which were also very small. Maybe it was also because freshly sown places still needed to be protected.

Messy campsite. Many permanent caravans with all kinds of extensions and chalets. Toilet and showers were neat and clean. Lovely hot water. For campers, you are standing on sand and at an angle. You need a type C plug for the power boxes. You can borrow an adapter at reception. Unloading gray water and loading drinking water.

Superb campsite, very quiet, very kind owner. However it is still a bit expensive 500fr for a week with 4 children, 1 campervan and 2 small dogs.

Friendly welcome; nice pool; nice restaurant; but that's it. The sanitary facilities are outdated and partly defective; For a mixed facility there is no lockable cabin where you can wash in peace; the pitches don't look at all inviting; the waste collection point is completely overcrowded. A 4 star place should look different! My 3 stars are still too good.

Unfortunately there is not enough water in the lake. There are fewer and fewer parking spaces because of the many new bungalos.

Disastrous camping, 70% of the sites are extremely uneven, junky and unkempt everywhere. Then when you arrive you have to say how long you are staying and pay straight away. The reception building is a small shack, you have to bend your knees to see inside. We wanted to leave straight away, but they didn't want to pay us back the money. Then after long discussions and loud words we got our money back. No more Isola and the whole thing would have cost 49.00 francs a day. I don't even want to talk about the sanitary facilities. We've been camping for over 30 years, but I've never experienced anything like this!

We were welcomed very, very nicely and were able to choose a free place. Yes, the sanitary facilities are old “but” clean. And as you have read several times in the operator's answers, they will be renovated in 2023, so everything is fine.

Small, friendly campsite where we were particularly impressed by the extremely friendly staff, the beautiful pool and the relaxed, quiet atmosphere. If we are passing through again, we would be happy to come back.

The staff is nice, the pool is a plus but the bathrooms were not clean, easily flooded and in the dishwashing area a lot of taps did not work and the dryer, despite charging you, did not work and did not refund the money.

Very run down campsite. The showers were a disaster. Doors can no longer be closed, water doesn't drain, etc. When my daughter used a lounger at the pool, we then had to pay 10 sfr. The pool otherwise is nice, area would be great too. Reception was friendly.

Unique experience, it is not a kitchen but a laboratory of taste. The chef and the pizza chef create an environment that makes you feel at home, you can feel the love they put into what they do in the dishes. Really good!!

Very chaotic layout of the space.🙈Unfortunately we were NOT informed when we made the reservation that there was no construction going on at the campsite, even during high season there would be construction noise all day long.🙁 This won't be any better in 2022 either. It's a shame because the campsite is otherwise very quiet. The food in the restaurant was good.

A small summer oasis for families. Surrounded by the greenery of the mountains it is truly satisfying to the eyes. Really top price. Good pizza, friendly and helpful staff.

The three stars go to the reception staff who proved to be patient and always available, as well as to the restaurant where we had good meals. Another point that confirms the evaluation, the location that is suitable has different types of excursions. For the rest I draw a veil of compassion that deserves at most two stars. The manager, I have the manager of the campsite, don't bother me to write what I wasn't happy about, because you just need to take a tour of the structure, even externally, to understand the shortcomings that exist. Untreated campsite, practically non-existent green areas, only clay. Tents and campers in the same areas, regulation in German but not in Italian (we are in Ticino), shared bathrooms where there is no separation between men and women. Very dirty, among other things the showers are in the same area as the toilets, hence poor hygiene. The showers are dirty with lots of mold on the ceiling, no ventilation system. There is no night security at this campsite, anyone who disturbs the neighbors should call at 10 p.m. Drunk people screaming with music even at night. High prices, you can certainly find something better nearby with a few francs more. The area is beautiful, the campsite is poorly managed. If you want relaxation and greenery, don't come here. The campsite defines itself as 4 stars, if it has one, it's already a lot. I was good. Campeggio non curato , spiazzi verdi praticamente inesistenti solo terra battuta. The camper and camper are in a single zone, located in the same area and not in Italian (siamo in Ticino), and in the municipality there is no separation between the people and the people. Molto sporchi, tra l'altro le docce sono nella stessa zona dei toilet quindi scarso igiene. The device also has a nozzle with a muff in the soffit and aeration system. It is not a safe night in this camp, every night at 10:00 p.m. this means that the richness of the night will disturb the victims. Gente ubriaca che urla con musica even durante la night. Prezzi alti, be sure to take care of the victim with the French in più. The zone is carina il campeggio é gestito malissimo. You want to relax and the green doesn't come back. The campeggio is definitely 4 places, it is one and the same. That's good.

Family campsite, very kind owners, tidy services, good restaurant. The market was still closed, so I can't say anything about the quality of the goods. The location of the campsite is ideal for cycling trips, both towards Bellinzona and Locarno. There is an Agriturismo 4 minutes walk away which is very good. We will be back.

The sanitary facilities are not good at all! There was no hot water for showering because the heating system was broken! Completely outdated!! At the moment they are trying to spice up the complex with bungalows, but that doesn't win the place any friends! There is still a lot to do! (structurally) It's a shame, the location would be ideal as a starting point for an excursion!

Live experience: Delivery took more than twice as long as agreed. Pizza dough only had tomato puree and a few spices. No cheese at all and the specified garlic was also missing. The request that the pizza would be cut into segments was also not fulfilled. Loveless, unreliable handling and this on a quiet Tuesday. Sorry: Not recommended cooking skills, unless the pizzaiolo learns a lot of his imagination!

Unfortunately, the campsite was so full overnight that we had to ask the neighbors to make room for us the next morning so we could leave, at full price. The place is also not very well maintained. The swimming pool looked new and well-kept, the sanitary facilities were also clean, but a lot of things were broken here too, which is a shame.

Place is nice. Semi-green place with sandy soil. The pizzas in the restaurant are great, we haven't eaten anything else yet. However, it also has some MINUS POINTS: Sanitary facilities are reasonably clean, but in a miserable condition. Toilet seats are not attached, cistern covers are missing, showers do not drain, shower hoses are not tight,... The bathroom is a nice size, but there are a lot of stones and dirt on the floor, which the staff and the robot don't clean. Unfortunately, various sun loungers are defective during adjustment, but the lying surface is intact. Every morning, at 8 a.m. sharp, helicopters from the nearby landing site are practicing and various nearby aircraft use the airspace above the camping site as a turning point. It's a shame that this hasn't been mentioned anywhere before, otherwise we wouldn't have visited it in the first place. Has a lot of dogs that do what they want because the owners don't understand them. Unfortunately

The place is beautiful in itself. Sanitary facilities but dirty and showers don't drain. In the rental bungalows, people celebrate with loud music all day long until late at night. But it doesn't bother the owner.

Wie es viele andere auch schreiben, es wird völlig an falschen Dingen gearbeitet. Türen zu den Toiletten ist jede zweite defekt, der Einkaufsladen ist völlig überteuert und hat Dinge die niemand braucht. Die Kinder freuten sich auf die Spielautomaten. Wir mussten sie aber selber einschalten oder sie waren zum Teil mit Holzlatten bedeckt. Beim Spiel um Chipspackungen, Finger weg, die sind bereits abgelaufen. Leider gibt es auch fast keine Wiese und die "möchte gerne" Neucamper (da kann der Camping auch nichts dafür) wissen auch nicht was Anstand ist. Es gibt aber auch tolle Sachen. 😉 Es hat einen toller Pool, eine schöne Spielwiese und ganz viele sehr nette Dauercamper. Wenn das Isola Team die Türen repariert, den Einkaufsladen umstellt (Wer zum Teufel braucht Hunde oder Katzenfutter?) Den Game Raum in einen tollen Aufenthaltsraum und nicht in eine Müllkippe umstellt Plus schaut, dass wieder Gras wächst,kommen auch wir wieder. 🙌
