It’s a wild place . Very nice for rest . Beside river, have lots fish !! ☺️☺️ people are very very nice ! It was a pity when summer holiday we went there was all the time raining , so we leaved earlier. But it is a really nice place for kids . They have swimming pool and playground. Also have a big room for people can sit and eat . Super nice !! And price also is good ! The boss is very very nice man !! It’s not beside center , but they have nice restaurant. So it’s fine 😃 if u want fishing of walking around. It’s really nice place ! Behind camping place have a walking road .

The 5 stars are for the reception alone. Rarely have I been greeted so warmly. The campsite is OK, lots of nice, helpful long-term campers. Sanitary building a little older but sparkling clean. The price is surprisingly cheap for Swiss standards. Only recommended.

Stopped at Camping Sulz while traveling through on the motorbike. Beautiful campsite with a pool and a great river for swimming next door and accessible directly from the site. The sanitary facilities could be brought back into shape. On the one hand, very little and also a bit old. We didn't see any showers at all. The restaurant or kiosk is very busy and has a delicious selection of different dishes in the evening. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend the place.

Nice camping with good resturant (not michelin quality) but you will have a full stomach. And the beer are always good. The showers was free! Wich I think was great. Google maps did have some trouble leading me in. I was a bit tired of driving all day so I decided to break som trafic rules to get there. I wish that google can update this so they lead you the more appropriate way.

Nice, medium-sized campsite. Located in a small village, directly on a river that is ideal for swimming. Mostly long-term campers. Tourists are accommodated in an area without plots, which in itself offers no privacy. Sanitary facilities are a bit old but clean. No surcharge for warm water when showering. Cute little restaurant/snack bar. Operator incredibly nice and accommodating! Despite small defects, 5 stars.

Was with the Graubünden tent and caravan club this weekend at this campsite right next to the Reuss. Far away from noise and everyday stress, very quiet place. Friendly, very helpful campsite operators. Restaurant with very inexpensive, tasty dishes. I would like to come to this place again. Thank you very much for the Aargau hospitality. We visit the campsite regularly. Sometimes just for an ice cream or coffee, we have also been at the campsite for a week. Infrastructure is good, friendly, good offer in the restaurant and above all: TOP LOCATION.

I went here with two colleagues and we didn't even have to go to the reception because we had already been picked up by a nice man. It is a very nice and inexpensive camping. We will come back. Well done! Keep it up:)

Very nice campsite. The river is great for swimming and having fun. Prices are really very good these days. Operator friendly and accommodating. Sanitary facilities are clean, supply and disposal are perfect for motorhomes and caravans. Euros are also accepted. Be careful with the mobile network! Switzerland is not a member of the EU, check carefully what your tariff allows, otherwise it will be very expensive.

Great location and delicious food

This campsite is for everyone who can't spend that much, a campsite right on the river and even has a small pool. Spontaneous overnight stays with a tent are no problem, no change is required for hot showers and the kiosk is almost always open. When I was there, everything was very well maintained and clean, even the sanitary facilities were in top condition, which you rarely see, even with the overpriced ones you always had difficulties with maintenance and cleaning. The groundskeeper and the service staff are all very friendly and sociable. The prices for food and drinks are very cheap by Swiss standards. I'm looking forward to seeing you again, thank you very much. Oh yes, dogs are allowed every season.

Reasonable campsite, sanitary facilities not great. Price is not commensurate with quality. Shower and washing up must be paid separately and then € 263.00 for 7 nights.

We only stayed there 1 night. Very nice campsite and friendly staff. Next to the river where you can dive. The only negative note is that there is only ONE shower for the entire campsite and it is coin-operated. Having to wash yourself with anxiety that the water will run out is a hateful thing, the same thing for washing the dishes too.... CORRECTION ; they have multiple showers that we didn't know existed. I apologize

Workers leaving the camping between 5-6 in the morning with a lot of noise. Campers are allowed to travel early (7-8). Open camping place is too crowded (like puzzle pieces). Limited shower capacity on the open camping site ( just enough for the fixed places). Camping is okay-ish, but can do better.

We spontaneously went to the site for an overnight stay. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. We got a nice place without a reservation. Card payment is possible. Sanitary facilities are available and clean. The playground was positive. The pool was ok but less suitable for children due to the high entrance. The operators are very friendly and helpful. There is also a horse farm nearby. We would love to come back, even for several days. Price for 1x VW van + 2x adults = 28 CH francs, very fair.

Good location right on the Reuss with a playground, nice barbecue area. The staff is friendly. The in-house pool could be a little bigger, it is too deep for children. There are almost no shaded areas on the campsite.

Small and great campsite in Aargau. Directly on the Reuss, where you can also swim if the weather is good. Otherwise there is still a pool. The team is super nice and accommodating, we had a very nice stay. An extension was possible without any problems. Thank you!

Camped there in a 2p tent for one night. Friendly owner. Good price. During the day sometimes there was a loud noise of a nearby factory or something, but at night everything quiet and peacefull. It is next to the river where you can swim in and sunbath. Showers are payable. Will come back.

Very friendly reception. We were given four/five parking spaces to choose from. Very quiet campsite as it is away from any thoroughfares. Simple pitches (electricity only) without parcelling. There is a somewhat outdated children's playground. The place is located directly on the Reuss and invites you to take a bath. The sanitary facilities are all clean but also outdated. To shower, you need 1/2 franc for hot water. 20 centimes are also required for washing up. There is a restaurant on the square, but not a shop. To go shopping you have to go to the nearest village. All in all, a recommended campsite.

Very friendly hosts. Facilities are dated but very clean and works well. Hot showers require coins to operate. Dependent on weather, it can get very windy here.

I'm torn. Not because the quiet place, located on the banks of the Reuss, with its garden would invite you to linger, but because if I rave like that, I probably won't find any free space to enjoy my cold beer in peace. The very hard-working and friendly team provides both the day guests and the campers there with everything a camper's heart desires. These are delicious, simple dishes, as well as a whole onion if you forgot it when shopping. Thank you very much and gladly again (... but only behind closed doors)

The bathrooms were dirty, I accounted 6 huge spiders in the men's shower (yes, THE shower, there is only one for men and one for women). We could hear cars and church bells in the night.

Despite bad weather, all sanitary facilities are cleaned clean.

Super Camping Platz direkt an der schönen Reuss. In Mellingen kann bei Kayakfun auch eine selbstgeführte Tour mit Kayak oder Schlauchboot ab Mellingen mit Shuttleservice buchen.

Pretty and quiet location. Very natural campsite with lawn. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good food. The upstream toilets are in a container… not so nice, but functional. Due to the extreme rainfall, the lawn is literally swamped (this is not included in the rating as the operator cannot do anything about it)

Schöner und gemütlicher Campingplatz direkt an der Reuss. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und es hat einen Spielplatz für Kinder sowie ein kleines Restaurant. Einiges Minus: Man muss zusätzlich für warmes Wasser bezahlen beim duschen und abwaschen. Ansonsten ein echt schöner Ort!

Schöne Auswahl und alles zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service ist aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Für Spaziergänger, Wanderer und natürlich auch für die Camper sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice and small camping, easy going and cool people, clean and tidy, next to the river

Ich war für eine Nacht im Campingplatz Sulz mit dem Wohnmobil. Der Platz des Campingplatzes ist direkt an der Reuss an einem schönen Platz. Der Campingplatz ist gepflegt und bietet verschiedene Dienstleistungen an, der Einzige Minuspunkt sind die Sanitäranlagen, die ein bisschen klein und mager sind, sonst gut.

Klein aber Fein direkt an der Reuss. Das Restaurant hat alles was so zu einem Campingplatz braucht und/oder nach einer Wanderung am Fluss entlang. Gute und Günstige Menues für jedes Alter mit Herzlicher Freundlicher Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich mag den Platz. Auch wenn ich in der Nähe wohne, komme ich doch ab und an mal unter der Woche für eine Nacht vorbei. Perfekt um zu entspannen. Besitzer und Angestellte sind äusserst freundlich und nett. Einzig die Toilette ist zu weit entfernt.

Wer hat mein Skoda auf der rechten Seite beschädigt? Wenn jemand mit mir ein Problem har, soll er/sie mit mr reden und nicht mein Auto verkratzen. Sibylle Rykart

Es ist ein sehr gemütlicher und unkomplizierter Platz

Sehr einfacher, nicht parzellerter Campingplatz. Man steht wo Platz ist. Einkaufen geht nur mit Velo oder Auto. Nettes Beizli und nettes Personal.

Freundliches Personal. Unkomplizierte freie Platzwahl und trotz kurzfristiger Anmeldung (1h vorher) hat alles geklappt. Schöne Gegend. Wir kommen wider.

Sehr schöner ruhiger naturbelassener Campingplatz

Un camping familial avec un accueil chaleureux. Longé par une rivière dans laquelle on peut se baigner. Tarifs abordables pour la Suisse. Les petits moins sont l'eau chaude payante, des sanitaires éloignés de la zone réservée aux tentes et vans et l'omniprésence de guêpes la journée et de moustiques le soir.

unkompliziert- gute preis-leistung - gutbürgerliches essen

Der großzügig angelegte Campingplatz liegt direkt an der Reuss. Eine Badestelle, etwas steinig, ist auch vorhanden. Wem das nichts ist, der kann sich auch in einem Pool erfrischen. Das Restaurant bietet kleine Gerichte an und man kann sich für das Frühstück Brötchen bestellen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind tiptop sauber, befinden sich jedoch bei den Dauercampern, so dass man je nach Stellplatz doch einiges an Weg bis dorthin zurücklegen muss. Die Campingplatzbetreiber sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit einer Kabeltrommel und einem Schweiz-Adapter ausgeholfen.

Perfekter Campingplatz: wunderbare Natur, gute Lage, freundlich und unkompliziert, Preis-Leistung stimmt - einfach sympathisch!

Nicht zu glauben , das Restaurant ist von 10.00 - 13.30 geschlossen! Das in der Hochsaison....unverständlich .
