This is a really surprising restaurant. It is hidden inside a tunnel system. The ambiance is great, although during the week, it also serves as the mess hall for the local industry. With that said, if the workers were enjoying their lunch there, the food had to be good. And it really was delicious. The menu is only in Swiss German, but Miriam helped us understand everything and took wonderful care of us. My wife had the fish and I had the vegetarian "wild but not wild" plate, which had spaetzle, chestnuts, brussel sprouts and red cabbage. Both plates were really delicious and were large portions.
