Cantinetta Caprese in Bissone

The environment is very nice and welcoming, in Capri style. The person is really kind, I attend to the customer's needs and very very kind. The prices are honest for the dishes offered, delicious food!

It would also have been a nice discovery but...1 hour to be able to eat while seeing several tables being served before us (who arrived later!). Moreover, with 3 children waiting for their lunch and the restaurant not yet full. The fish food is good, but everything is too expensive for the poor service. 1 baby margherita pizza 10.80fr MA 3.50.- for adding salami, 3.- for adding anchovies and 1.- for olives.

2 takeaway pizzas (ham and ham and zolo) + prosecco (never arrived) 48.50. Overpriced and forgettable service

In Lugano for work, a friend decided to take me to this beautiful restaurant. Service attentive to detail and top cuisine. Chef Egidio also honored us with his presence at the table, explaining the composition of our dishes. As soon as I return to Lugano the first thing I do is return to this fantastic place for dinner.

If you are looking for a place to eat something authentic, then you are in the right place. The flavors are something fabulous, we repeat the Parmesan♥️the pizza and pasta with seafood is a true delight. You feel in Positano, the Chef and the waiters are people who work from the heart, a big round of applause for this restaurant that I will carry in my heart.

We ordered a peppered mussels as an appetizer. For first courses we had a margherita, a pignatella, pasta with clams and ziti with Neapolitan ragù. All accompanied with a welcome appetizer, that is, montanarine. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent, the waitress was always helpful and kind. We will definitely return

Lunch on September 15th Cozy atmosphere, nice terrace. Food VERY good, but portions (too) large. Service friendly - towards the end of the lunch shift a bit forgetful, inattentive and slow. All in all worth a visit!

In Ticino there are few restaurants where you can eat good fish and the dishes are plentiful, the Caprese cantinetta is certainly one of these... the only thing to improve was the background music which after an hour was a little monotonous

Excellent typical southern dishes. True Neapolitan staff. Real Neapolitan baked pizza. In my opinion the somewhat decadent environment can be improved. I recommend reprinting the now dirty and worn menus and laminating the new ones so you can clean them

This restaurant doesn't look like much because it is not located under the beautiful arcades in the center of the village, but just at the entrance to Bisssone when heading towards Lugano. There are 3 tables and chairs on the sidewalk but make no mistake, at the back of the restaurant there is a splendid terrace.

I had an amazing dinner and experience at this cute restaurant. The terrasse is hidden, with some beautiful Italian music and nice layout. The pizzas are super good, the desserts are divine (especially the tiramisu-baba). They were busy but quick to serve us, except for the dessert. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is super nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant!! Very beautiful both inside and out. I got a sausage and potato pizza which was out of this world!! The desserts are delicious! I recommend trying the lemon one 🍋! Plus everyone is very nice and friendly! This dinner made us end the day in the best possible way!

Quite a lot of food but the flavor is missing when Mediterranean food is served, they serve it with a lot of tomato sauce 🍅 and that gives the seafood a very bad time.

Super dinner We had dinner at the Caprese wine cellar a few evenings ago, we ordered a tasty appetizer which was excellent, good quality ingredients and plentiful, then we ate the mussels marinara... what can I say super good, tasty, tasty and no grains of sand and the portion it was definitely big, we were full 😋 The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was fast and attentive. Excellent Napoletano restaurant with good fish dishes but not only. It also offers pizza. Nice and friendly staff. Very characteristic environment typical of the places on the Amalfi coast. Fish dishes but also meat and pizzas, well presented even if the quality of the food is not that high. The octopus was very tough, the chicken was brought back because it was raw. Staff completely absent, a couple of times we went to call the waiters.

Amazing location (close to the lake, old town) and a very nice garden. Food was a bit disappointing: gnocchi were tasteless, and a house special - lamb chops was very tough meat (full of the white strips, impossible to either cut or chew). Staff was a bit reckless and slow.

Excellent experience: having happened by chance, we found ourselves in a beautiful, decidedly Campania environment with excellent cuisine and excellent ingredients; reasonable prices. The pizza is truly Neapolitan, the fried fish perfect and plentiful and the Neapolitan pastiera... 'nu babbà!

For Christmas dinner with colleagues we relied on this restaurant right in front of the long Bissone lake. It is really easy to reach both via the cantonal road and the motorway, and it is possible to park your car not far away. The welcome is the best and the place inside is characteristic, a nice atmosphere accompanies the entire meal. After ordering some excellent mixed appetizers which are served with creativity and originality with a typically Campania flavour, we tasted some excellent fish. I recommend the octopus which, in addition to being very fresh, is cooked to perfection, soft, melts in the mouth with a full flavour. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of mussels, but if you like them I'm sure you'll ask for an encore because at my table those who ordered them also asked for a trio, because they are large, tasty and of excellent quality. The staff is very nice, friendly and fast. I will definitely return to this wonderful corner of Capri near Bissone. I hope this review of mine can be useful for you. Thanks for reading.

The lady who welcomed us and the staff are very attentive to customers. Pampered and spoiled with excellent fish-based dishes from Campania recipes, exquisite. Well done. We were spied on by a friendly dormouse wandering among the trees outside the terrace.
