Good location, view of the street (big windows). Service super friendly (big smiling face 🥰). Lots of available books if you want to spend some chill time there. Nice coffee (but cup really small for the price and compare to other place) The food seems good and fresh! Need to try

Stumbled upon it while waiting for a train and ended up working 2 hours :-) Very friendly, modern surroundings: excellent WiFi connection and productive music. Will come back to eat because the chocolate tart is excellent.

It's my favorite place in Bulle, and I can't be there without stopping by at least once a day. The setting is beautiful and warm, the staff is simply incredible and friendly, and above all, a wide choice of delicious food (slices, salads, soups, cakes, juices, coffee, etc.). The staff is very attentive to customers' food intolerances and allergies, adapting super quickly to my desire to indulge and my lactose intolerance! I can't wait to try other "vegan" or lactose-free pastries. I recommend+++

I love this place ! It’s warm! The welcome is great! The small dishes are well presented and the toasts are delicious as are the salads. I recommend this beautiful place for a moment of relaxation! Also the music is not loud. Accessible by stroller and changing table available for babies

The carrot cake is legit! One of the nicest qualities I’ve tried in Switzerland. Not overly sweet but a great taste of carrots and the icing on the top is so smooth and tasty! Also, I got a cup of plain matcha 🍵 and it was nice also. Most important thing is the service and experience are welcoming and nice!

Maybe vegetarian but excellent, simple and reasonably priced food. Their mocktails are divine and original. Very pleasant and smiling server.

We had Tartine Avocat Feta and Tartine Avocat Tomate, some tea and coffee. The food was phenomenal, freshly prepared by our friendly waiter. Tea and coffee was good as well. There are tables inside as well as outside, the toilets are clean and stylish. Highly recommend.

This is my new favourite place! If you are after something delish in a family style, modern comfortable setting then this is the place for you. They have a wide selection of delicious seasonal mocktails to choose from, the most scrumptious tartines and a carrot cake to die for. Treat that body, soul and mind of yours because you will not be disappointed.

Dear community, I leave you my message to share with you my experience at Caroot. Having visited it several times, I have never had a juice or coffee that had the same taste or appearance. The service is very slow and the manager there prefers to make inappropriate comments to his staff or even laugh with his friends, in front of customers, instead of taking care of them. I waited several times for more than a quarter of an hour even though there was no one there. Caroot is also the only establishment without a terrace in the area. No new food, always the same things. The food is not served as it should be: lukewarm soup, mille-feuille often still frozen, cookies that are too dry, wilted salad or preparations that taste like preserves. There is no way to have your meal to take away in the morning to go to work (except leftovers from the day before). The cause is that toasts and salads are delivered between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. by an employee who does not know how to say hello to customers, barely unloaded before he leaves just as quickly in his vehicle (not very professional). Fortunately there are smiling and polite young people to serve customers. Regarding hygiene, it is better not to look under tables or high tables, there is food and drink. A panosse must surely be too difficult and I'm not talking about the sanitary facilities in the toilets or the state of the hand dryer. Opening hours are variable and change regularly. A questioning of the tenants would be necessary. For my part to avoid!

I have tried so far couple of their products. The golden latte is maybe my favorite. Cosy place, good food and nice people. Highly recommended.

I stopped while making a detour through Bulle, a café like this is really an asset in the region. Big favorite! Wide varieties of syrups, original, my children loved them and there's nothing like extra vanilla in my cappuccino. This discovery proves the evolution of the Gruyère capital, I will come back.

The juices are good but a shame to charge 3.40 chf for a 2dl syrup for children made from water in a carafe, not very kids friendly….

Can I please give 6 stars? An all-around great experience! Stylish and cozy interior, which is hard to find in this area. Super friendly and professional staff and a family style atmosphere. The juices are fresh, healthy and delicious. Do not miss the opportunity to try the super tasty homemade “tartine”. We will be back for sure!

I recently visited Caroots and tried their fantastic mocktails. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I was delighted to find a place that specialized in creating delicious mocktails. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and warm lighting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the mocktails they offered. They were happy to make recommendations based on my preferences and were willing to make modifications to the drinks if I wanted something a little different. Moreover, their desserts are simply to die for offering a wide range of goods including vegan and gluten free. Overall it was a great experience!!

I love this concept, there are often new juices and their coffee is excellent. They have gluten-free alternatives which is a plus for me.

The people were super welcoming as it was the first time I came, they made me taste their cocktails which are incredible, the gentleman takes the time to speak with the customers. The matcha late is super good and served quickly
