Kristina is great! I've been to her twice now for hair color and also for my wedding makeup. Her hair colors are awesome and last really long, and my makeup was amazing (I loved it AND got lots of compliments). What was a bit disappointing: my sister also had her make-up done and had made an appointment with Lisa, but without warning it was someone else (Monika) and she didn't respond to her wishes.

It's not just the impeccable hairstyle and the skillful haircut - everything is just right: from the atmosphere to the neck and head massage to one of the most excellent (and Italian) espressos north of the Alps. A big compliment to all employees for their high level of professionalism and at the same time a warmth that makes you feel very welcome!

We had massages. It was more than a massage, it was like therapy with incredible unblocking techniques.

I had personally made an appointment in advance, specifying the strands, color and cutting. I then received a confirmation email in which the time period of 4 hours was stated. But after talking to the nice employee, I decided on balayage. My hair is relatively short and fine, it reaches about 2-3 cm below my ears (short bob). The process of wrapping the strands took forever (2 1/2 hours). Then I went to the sink where a so-called glossing was applied to me, which again took time. The subsequent cutting went quickly. In between I received a hand massage, which was really great. After 3 3/4 hours I was finished. I paid 311.-- Since it was getting dark and I just wanted to go home, I didn't concentrate much on the color anymore. The next morning I found my gray hairline again. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account during the balayage, which in the end is no longer balayage for me but just strands. A balayage depends on the play of colors and for me it has to start with the hairline. When I asked on the phone today, I was told that the hairline was not available in the salon and that I would have had to book it separately. I simply find the required CHF 311 much too expensive. I colored my hairline myself today and lo and behold, now the color play is harmonious.

I went to see Jose - a true hair artist. I have long hair and he conjured up fantastic layers in my hair with his special technique. The subsequent styling was a blast. Women, I can only recommend Jose :-) !!!

The advice was very good, honest and with good suggestions. The implementation was carried out by the boss and the trainee; both of them made me feel very taken care of and I was treated very kindly. I will definitely come back and not just in a year ;).

I had the worst experience ever with my massage. I have no words for it. I really regret I did not leave at the start. That was a decision I will regret for long. I have been in so much pain afterwards and have now multiple injuries because of it. The man was very condescending, I did not feel comfortable at all and the whole session was painful and I regret I did not speak up or leave.

Today I was served by the super lovely Lisa. She is still in training, but you couldn't tell, she is very professional, friendly and I am very happy with the result. I have never felt so comfortable with a hairdresser. I also really liked the atmosphere in the salon and the nature-loving approach really suits me. All in all, I can only recommend this business.

I go to Terranova to get my gel nails done every 3-4 weeks. Monika is simply the best when it comes to nails and cosmetics. (That's why I follow her everywhere) The salon is one of the most beautiful I know and you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. I was only allowed to be a model twice for the students in their first year of training. 1x for coloring and the last time for divorce. I am very satisfied with the work of the learners. The trainer and the boss also guided her very well so that she achieved a top result. I will always be available as a model when the Terranova team needs it. It's just nice to see how professionally and patiently the people leaning there are trained.

The service is simply wonderful.

I don't know if I was just endlessly unlucky and had a bad day, but I can't understand the extremely positive reviews at all. The salon was loud and chaotic, my hairdresser seemed pretty unmotivated, even though she tried to hide it. She wasn't really professional, courteous or polite either. So I didn't really feel comfortable and couldn't really relax. The cut was mediocre in terms of technique and also crooked, which I had already noticed while blow-drying. However, she said that I just meant that. After careful inspection at home and also by third parties, I went back a few days later to have it repaired because the cut was really crooked - which she then saw for herself. For around 100.- an absolute joke.

A place to feel good - everyone is super nice, my wishes and needs (allergies) are always carefully taken into account. Thank you very much and gladly again!
