The place seems very friendly.. unfortunately it stops there.. the waiter pushes you several times to serve another table without even apologizing.. the cordon bleus are ridiculous in relation to the price.. it was very It's been a long time since I've been so disappointed with a restaurant.

Unfortunately we weren't thrilled. Food 0815 frozen goods and rather expensive. Instead, you pay for a nice ambience and fun experience by ordering via app and robots. And wasn't it worth it.

The restaurant used to be alright, but the new concept is subpar. Admittedly, the service is friendly (although not everybody speaks the local language like, but ok). The concept of having to order online and having to provide an email address is strange and not very personal. Nor do the canteen like carts help the impersonal impression. The food itself earns the distinction of being the worst cordon Bleu I ever had and the worst meal in Films / Laax. Salad with barely any dressing and mass food. The cordon bleu itself was of atrocious meat quality, dry, small and the “goat cheese” was anything but that. Just bad. Not as bad as the sauces provided, for which the picture below says it all.

Cordonbleu dry, tough and bland, hardly any cheese. It probably comes out of the deep fryer as it tastes... We found metal parts in the schnitzel! This was at least honored in the final invoice. That was the only and last time!

We had 1x Trutencordonbleu, 1x Vegicordonbleu delivered to the Rocks Resort (100m away). The meal consisted of bland fries and a loveless piece of cordon bleu each the size of an iPhone 15 and cost a mere CHF 77 (!) with delivery - the one at Migros is worlds better. Recommendation: A frozen meal in nearby Volg will do the trick too…

The cordonbleus are delicious. The restaurant is very nice and homely, but very impersonal. You order everything via app, pay via app and go. One of the worst ordering system I have ever experienced. You have to do it thru the website, without the waiter which is the most stupid idea I ever heard. The order is confussing for a large group of people, dishes are missing, the staff don't know what to do.. And you have to buy a metal cup for a softdrink if you want one. Not sure who and why made this idea work in the middle of Laax where you have a lot of nice restaurants around. We wont come back ever.

We came here for many years but we found out the menu/management has changed recently. - the ordering app needs improvement esp on splitting feature - food was fresh and cheese was good but meat had nods in it, disgusting to chew on - the atmosphere was great, modern swiss style - the whole table should order once otherwise, food arrives at anytime - very friendly staff but a bit confused about the electronic ordering system
