From making the reservation to leaving the restaurant, we had very friendly and attentive service. I treated myself to the liver with risotto and the homemade pistachio parfait for dessert and would order it again at any time... Which is why I only gave 4 points for the food - the semi-frozen pistachio parfait was served frozen.

Seit Jahren schon freuen wir uns auf die hervorragend zubereiteten Wildgerichte im Adler. Alt überführte Rezepte werden hier durch den Chef wunderbar zubereitet.Tolle Ambiente, wunderschönes „Stübli“ und an der Front agieren Chef und Chefin persönlich. Es fällt auf, dass der Patron während dem Service in der Küche jeweils kurz beim anrichten aushilft, Teamwork ist hier angesagt.

Contrary to what you would expect from the pub, there is more pop and apres ski music playing. Not particularly comfortable. It's ok, but nothing more.

Comfy Looking Bed. Best Hiding place for a (Jet Lag Game) to get some good sleep while the Seekers woke up early to head in the wrong direction 😂
