I bought a coffee machine that was rather expensive for me at the time x years ago, but it is still great and the investment has paid off greatly! The coffee is delicious and my customers often ask what kind of coffee it is. A lot of people like it! I have now reordered two parts that I lost during the move and asked whether I should pay by invoice or in advance. The answer: Everything is free because I have an unlimited guarantee... how great is that?!? You're doing a great job, thank you very much!

The coffee is fantastic. There's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, we were persuaded to buy the Crono Cechetto coffee machine (when the switch from Lavazza to Coca Cola took place). This machine is absolute horror. Sometimes we need 10 capsules before one works. It may also work smoothly for 10 days. We have had NO problems with the Lavazza coffee machine for 15 years. We already had the technician, it was useful for 4 days, then everything started again. 10 capsules = 5.50 for a coffee... and the answer is always the same, send in the machine. And there are no replacement capsules.

Satisfied customer for years. First had the free machine with Cecchetto capsules. It was ok, but I was looking for better coffee, typically Italian. Then the Lavazza Blue machine with its capsules. It was ok, but not quite. Now I have Lavazza company capsules with the Inovy Milk machine. Now I have found my perfect coffee like in Italy. Coffee is strong but not bitter and very balanced. Fast delivery. The only thing I can criticize for some people is the bank statements, which are not clearly understandable, and the lack of competence of certain employees on the phone when providing information. But one thing is clear. Since Cecchetto became an importer of Lavazza, I will never drink any other coffee. Just perfect.

I've been drinking Cecchetto Lavazza coffee for years. I traded in my "old & working" coffee machine and paid something extra so that I can now put other cups under it without any worries. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The machine is good too. What really bothers me, however, is that I no longer have a lifetime guarantee on the new purchase machine (for me, one reason for buying it was to pay 55 cents per capsule) and I was only informed of this when I bought it. It was also said that my machine could no longer be repaired if repairs were needed. I wish my guarantee would also last as long on the new purchase machine. Never had any problems. This is the first time I'm allowed to have the new one repaired and if it gets old, that means I'll have to pay repair costs every 2 years at the latest. Which is no longer true for me. Since it was offered by Cecchetto himself and as high quality. P.S. What is also not possible is to speak Italian to the technology in the presence of German-speaking customers (blaspheme). Maybe the customer will understand it anyway. Addition: I actually wanted to increase my rating a little today to 3 stars ("satisfied"), but after the machines were brought into the workshop, I was told I would just have to adjust the cup size (the coffee drinker should have done this after about ¾ of a year. Something like that doesn't work at all. Customer service isn’t that important anymore?!? With the second machine it was said: "You can take it back with you at the moment, we know that the display is bad. As soon as the new ones arrive we will get back to you." For me, good customer service would have been if I had been informed by Cecchetto that the model in question had problems with the display and that they would get back to you when it could be replaced. This is how it works with really good companies with high-quality products (and the right prices). For me, once again it's just a shame and sad 😢

Be aware the worst coffee company to get involved with. No customer care and if you want to leave the contract they will make your life hell. Disgusted with them I tried to come out of my contract and they did not answer my mails and just keep sending u bills. Worst experience ever.

It wasn't very good because we went directly to buy a coffee machine and capsules, as well as waiting for a long time due to an error in the calculations that were done 3 times wrong! After that, they called my husband saying that the bill was still wrong (for the fourth time) and that we still had to pay the difference. Where is the error? Lack of attention from the school or what? We are not at all satisfied with this situation.

A little foretaste of the green rip-off. @cecchetto charges a deposit of CHF 1 on a paper cup (!) for a coffee at @swissindoors. That's CHF 5.50 for the brew. And deposit is then difficult to redeem because of the large audience. #fail

Very disappointing. We're going back to Nespresso. Been deceived for the second time with the new Crema Forte capsules. They sold me the Forte and gave me normal crema and claimed it wasn't written down on the packaging yet. A coffee connoisseur can tell the difference. Bought Crema Forte again, put 4 capsules through and it was just colored water. Not even regular coffee, let alone Forte. The green espresso is also no longer as strong, as if there were less coffee in the capsules. The same thing with the milk frother, after a short use it rusted even though it is stainless steel (cheap workmanship) and the milk wasn't warmed up, just frothed even though I set it to the highest level. We were given a new foamer, which we found positive. The service is good and the staff is very nice but the quality has deteriorated a lot. A pity.

John ist einfach der liebste Mensch. Ich mag ihn & sein Restaurant sehr. Ich war jedes mal zufrieden mit dem Essen. 😍 Im Sommer bin ich gerne draussen und wenns kälter wird ist drinnen auch ganz schön eingerichtet. Fühl mich wie in China Town ☺️ Immer wieder gerne!!

Regional, Frisch, und gemütlich....Wir waren heute am 10.10.20 zu viert bei Michel und seinem Team zu Gast.Der ganze Aufenthalt war einfach nur Top. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und wurden perfekt bewirtet.Die Karte ist perfekt und nicht zu gross. Alles war Frisch und Regional zubereitet.Ich bin selbst gelernter Koch und kann euch dieses Lokal nur wärmstens Empfehlen.Ebenfalls muss der hauseigene Rotwein unbedingt probiert werden. Selbst das Brot ist Hausgemacht.Einfach nur zu empfehlen danke Michel für den tollen Abend, wir kommen bald wieder.Gruss Marco
