Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant area leaves something to be desired. There is no respect for the customer. E.g. At lunchtime you wait over twenty minutes before you can order. From the kitchen you can hear someone (the cook) screaming and fussing about whether he has fallen into the fire. I say with full conviction that you can spend a little more and sell a little more. Bakery loading is going well. Overall, it needs to be better coordinated and divided.

No benches or seating, you have to get a key or code for the toilet, even though Securitas are in the center, it's incomprehensible how you can set up and organize things in a shopping center in such a customer-unfriendly way.

The Ceha is very centrally located on the main street in Kreuzlingen. It's a mini shopping center. Small shops like the retailers Migros or Denner and the Walz bakery etc. Clean and tidy. Stairs upstairs to the fitness center are often busy as students eat a meal or rest. The center offers free parking for 2 hours and always has spaces. Conclusion: Nothing special, if you need everyday goods you will find them here.
